It takes too many steps to edit my web page. When you open the hostgator home page there shoulf be an "EDIT WEB PAGE" button that you do not have to hunt for

Lately my website is being getting shut down. My card changed or expired. I was unaware. I used to go 3 months without making payments. My website would always be running and then I would go pay when I realized the payment wasn't made now. It's just getting shut down on top of being double the money.
I`ve been with hostgator for over 10 years. I`ve tried other hosting companies but none give the level of support I have come to expect and recieve from Hostgator. The support teams are exceptional, courteous and polite and resolve problems quickly. If only other suppliers were as good.
You're making it difficult to navigate my subscriptions and renewals. You send me an email about automatic renewal, but when I click on it it doesn't take me to what it's renewing. That's confusing.

All I wanted to do today was change my credit card because I no longer use the one I had on file. So far, I haven't come close to figuring out where and how! Unfriendly navigation, Forced service purchase screens and missing functions like past invoices or receipts.
I haven't used the a service since I made a purchase and still it's not in use.
I asked for even a partial refund of remainder of months the customer support is not cooperative.
I chose you for your service, and it has been mostly good. But I have several times experienced losing access to a paid for and operation SSL, so that visitors to the site start to get privacy error messages. And it is pissing me off.
