I was looking for a top tier host, and I've always liked HostGator's logo, plus I hate the name Go Daddy. Had I know changing website names would be so easy with HG. I would have been the first to sigh up without looking anywhere else. It's my favorite feature. Thanks!

I had the worst experience with hostgator. From the day i hosted my website till i left was a operation. You guys could not resolve the issue for me. That's terrible
I use a password manager to autofill my username and password. I have to click it twice, once to load the email then I submit, then I have to click it again to load the password and can finally login.
There should be a single page with both forms to autofill.
Upon logging in there is always an advertisement to purchase more of Hostgator's bull$#*!. I never want to and there's no way to disable it.
Since the site change I have to go through significantly more clicks just to get to phpMyAdmin (which is several versions behind most other places) or cPanel.
Earlier this year there were login issues affecting multiple users on the website. I had to contact support to get that information because there is no status page to let people know if there is a known outage.
Why did I choose HostGator? I chose it because it was easy and relatively cheap to get started building a website. Now, I've realized it's hot trash and will be letting my subscription expire since I've had time to do research and find better hosting providers.

I wish you guys a bit better on renewals. Each time you want to screw us with your high prices but then give discounts. It has been 10 years now still you try every year. You must build a database, lets have his personal site no cost do not try to charge extravagant like it is a giant microsoft website. This is a guy barely pays his house mortagge.
