The first screen that I have been getting recently after I login to the billing system is a page trying to sell me a product which I have to opt out of to continue. I could do without that. I don't like having sales pushed on me like that.

I love host gator. Ive been a user for a few years. Maybe 6. All my interactions are great. Imperssively so. I dont remember how i found HG in the first place. But im glad i did.

Old customer struggling in Php version out of support and no update
Earlier I was happy but now I am not getting proper support, most of the time, we are facing problem for email outgoing.
Every night my email stops working. Every Night! When I log onto hostgator the email client won't load. Every night.
Absolutely terrible nothing works we will get off this crappy site as soon as possible.
My website and email went down for over a week because you thought I hadn't paid when I had months in advance. It took a week to get my website back up and 9 days to get my email working. I spent countless hours on the phone with tech-support trying to get someone to fix it, telling me after each call that it would be working in 24 hours. That lasted a week. It was frustrating and a horrible experience. I am still waiting to hear back from your billing department on how they are going to compensate me for this issue since I essentially had to pay twice and the loss of business is immeasurable.

Your pin number rules are stupid, imho. It requires choosing a pin by different criteria than I would otherwise use, meaning I"ll never remember it.

In general I found your service lacking. I was even blocked from being able to access my billing account for MONTHS. I put up with the drawbacks because you were a cheap option and I didn't have the time to hunt down another multi-site service and then migrate everything. That was until you increased your prices. Charging almost $45 a month for sub-par service is absurd.
Keep going in updating the design and I seggest to give the loyal customer an special rate. There's a lot of competitors
