Your interface is ONLY designed to sell me $#*!. I need to ONLY USE IT. I should see right in my face the setting for the default page. Set it to index.php not html. But you do not have the interface set up to be useful to me. It is useful to you to sell me $#*! not help me easily and seamlessly manage the site. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO LOOK FOR THE GOD DAMN SETTING. IT SHOULD BE IN MY $#*!ING FACE. THanks guys. Keep up the bad work
Already using - just setup a new account and transferred because it was cheaper. Not a good way to keep loyal customers

Login has pop-ups before account management panel reached andntgisnwas after I received an email saying services weren't renewed while it's an account on auto pay and renewal.
Too expensive services compared with another provider
Hostgator had been great for years. All of a sudden the service is awful, problems not address and no concern to resolve. When you can't access two domains for months and the resolution offered is an extension of a month of hosting?! What? Why would I want an extra month of NOTHING!? Looking to move to another hosting at this point. Very sad to watch another company drop the ball.
The navigation has been a pain. Im really having a hard time navigating though the portal.
You guys are the best, we continue to always recommend HostGator very highly!
