Completely amazed with the lack of professionalism and completely annoyed after almost 14 years and problem after problem with migration Hostgator has let me down once again and my sites have been offline for more then 3 days with no way to get access and am at risk of loosing major clients

I choose hostgator over a decade ago because of the easy use and navigation of the control panel and competitive pricing. However I find the change in hostgators dashboard much harder to navigate and find necessary items. Years ago, I would have given hostgator five stars.
I paid user. Don't keep showing me unnecessary ads especially after login. Its very irritating and make no difference from other free platform. It repeat everytime i login. I'm very feedup with this
Poor. Online help is not good. There's a regular issue with my security certificate with my site and last time I tried to resolve the issue the online 'help' reloaded my website and in doing so deleted my website set up. It was elevated to 'higher admins' and no one ever came back. I haven't the time currently to resolve and so it is sitting unresolved. I'll be looking to get professional help and move away from Hostgator. Unimpressed.
New portal is not user-friendly. Makes it difficult to locate and access frequently used features like the cPanel etc.
I hate the new manmagement as I can not see the name servers easily and have to dig for each plan wherebefore I could and I hate the new reseller plans because nothing is setup and nothign works as it used to. I have managed ot semi get the last one that I bought to semiwork but is crap and seriosuly thing if I have to move that plan and any new plan to a new provider. I have no time to spedn to understand how to setup reseller accounts etc and make sure that everything is there. Before everytng was ready for me and had to jsut focus on my business.
I loose SSL every now and then, Currently website gives 403 error and I cant access the site. And your agent says it's because of ssl again. Why cant the site just be up consistently like other hosting platforms?
HostGator seemed like a good fit for me when I chose it. Now, however, whenever I open HostGator it's clear that your greatest interest is selling additional features rather than letting me get to what I want to do directly. That is always a bad sign, in my opinion and greatly reduces my confidence in management.

I had to contact hostgator twice for the same issue because the known resolution was not done the first time.
