Speed via FTP and TTFB aren't satisfying. Hosting 3 times cheaper had better scores, then yours. Looks like you don't use even SSD, I'm not talking about NVMe SSD. I haven't had problems with response time during Google PageSpeed test, but now I got them time to time. Also today got SNI error during navigation on the site. I don't know how many of them get my visitors.
I've used in the past. What I don't like is that the Cpanel password is different from my main hostgator account and I don't really know what it is. It may be the ID is different, but that isn't clearly stated anywhere that I remember seeing.

The reason we have two log ins is because some people have developers that work on the back end but do not need access to their billing information. It's a safety measure we put in place.
