Not the most user friendly site. Our site is outdated and we would like a revamp of it but unsure how to go about making the changes.
I am happy with Hostgator and the service and reminders. The support chat line is the best help and i use it when stuck or the site is down or I have made an error. I don't know what i would do without that.
I also subscribe to GoDaddy. They are not linked. How do I link them. They used to be linked when it was Hedysplace.com.
When I create store procedures with my assigned user, an any moment the definer change to *******@localhost (automatic) and then create my store procedures again. And I don't understand why?

The individual I spoke with was very helpful and professional. I was questioning charges on our account that did not relate to us. She easily assisted me by answering all my questions and deleting the charges.
I wanted the primary domain moved as I don't have it any more and was told it can't be done. I think I'll let this year run and leave which is a shame as I've been the HG for years.

I have 2 websites but was informed I could only use "sitebuilder" for one of them. I have accepted the explanation but not very pleased. The support person was helpful and friendly.
It took me two weeks to change he e-mail address listed in my domain information. The phone number is still old phone number.
HostGator is my first host website and i am doing good so far, i am on the way to complete my experience with same fetures as cover styling, column width and image arrangement etc.
