I have been with HostGator for approximately 10 years. Up until a year ago I was completely satisfied. Last year your email service stopped to being able to send messages into my Apple email account. I have not been able to fix those issues. In addition, in several occasions, I've been blacklisted because your servers, cannot get through to Microsoft Outlook and try so many times that my site becomes blacklisted.

I'm very unhappy with HostGator now. And I am seriously contemplating moving my website and other hosting services to someone else.

Couldn't sign into my account because I tried to change my user ID. It took quite a while but the problem finally got resolved.

I have a very simple website using just html code, so that experience was fine. However, during a period of construction / inactivity, I was charged for 2 years on my credit card. I did not like that and removed the card.

I am very happy with the service provided by the Host Gator company. They have always been able to guide me in the wright direction on any questions I need answered. I have been a happy customer for 8 years now and never have considered another company for the services the provide.

My old website was built using WIX. I actually found the WIX site a bit easier to navigate. There are still some things to iron out with the Wordpress site I have now. But everything is up and running.
