The new interface that they have implemented is too confusing, I can't find some vps on my account, I can't find several features that I could get with the previous interface and I have to turn to you to get those features. I have even made a mistake in paying for a vps that I no longer used (you can find evidence in the chats I have had with the advisors). Please return to the previous interface, several of my colleagues have the same opinion, all to improve your service since previously your interface was very practical.
Product seemed relatable to what we were working on. BLOG management is weak and SSL experience is sometimes full of issues.

Recommended by another, BUT: Your lower tier customer support is abysmal and time wasting. It takes too much time and energy to get people who know what they are doing. Also, when you upgraded my server, you took data that was almost TWO YEARS OLD, not what was currently on our server. So I'm OK now but happy? NO, NOT HAPPY.
The slow speeds at night for shared hosting is terrible here lately.
The only thing you added that I like is phone verification to log in, if this lock works on all log in related stuff to c panel, good. Otherwise you need to add it to include that so no one can hack in.

Originally it was because you all offered great features as well as great 24/7 support, but in the one month I've been here, everything has had problems getting working and the support has not been very helpful overall. I still have features I need help with and the last person I talked to told me they didn't know and to just wait for an email. The email never came. Not happy about being in a 3-year contract with HostGator because I don't look forward to dealing with all these stresses in that time. I was really looking forward to getting a hosting package with you guys too, because years ago when I first signed up with you guys before changing projects, you guys were awesome. Not sure what the heck changed but it's so much worse now.

We have migrated to our new Billing Interface, and unfortunately, the renewal action for my domain from Launchpad has encountered an issue. After more than a week they still cannot resolve it, I am move to a better hosting provider with better support, this is really effecting my business

Technical support was asked to wipe server and reinstall os. No data recovery or backup was needed as the VPS was pretty much new. 60 hours later the server issue is still not handle. I was told 3 times already that it would take 6-7 hours.
