But i can see when hostgator wants to promote SiteLock malwares are coming all the time please dont do that we all cannot afford that budget

Its been a month and my support ticket is still not resolved.

1) Too many steps to get to the areas that I frequent.

2)Showing me an ad every day with no way to dismiss it is not the way to get me to add services.

Hostgator is good but customer service is worst, i just experienced on 04-januray-2024 with agent name chandan.

Selling someone a hosting package with listed features and then taking away the features, I believe is called false advertisement and theft. Waiting for a call to find out for sure.

HostGator generally provides a quality service for a reasonable amount of money with good support that is always available. However, they upgraded the user interface recently and there has been nothing but problems recently. I hope once these issues are resolved that the service returns to the reliablity that I have come to expect.

I really loved the logo and the shape of the website, it was love at first sight

Not sure if I missed something but I somehow signed up for a google product and it was a monthly charge.
