Renewed subscription but looks like I still need to submit a ticket to remove the suspended page. Everything with Hostgator is painful, and to add insult to injury your greedy price mandated price increase, without any consideration to legacy customers that have supported you for decades shows that you are a company without ethics that cannot be trusted.

I just added a second website and I do NOT want to use Wordpress there. I want to use the Basic Website Builder like I used on my first website. Wordpress will not work for this new site, and it is forcing me to research other hosting options.

I've been w/Hostgator since 2010 and I have NEVER had a rate increase doubling my monthly payment AND INCREASED WITHOUT NOTICE. All I received is apologies for the lack of communication received from the company.
I am considering another hosting company to house all of my company's business needs. I no longer trust a company that would double it's rates on long standing customers, plus force customers to "save" credit card information on the site so payments can be auto-billed without permission, and so many other things.
Let's just say, I've grown despondent w/Hostgator and maybe it's time to part ways. They're not the only game in town (or didn't they know that).
I have two contracted planes, a shared plan and a vps plan, I am paying double and now they say I have unlimited space.
The support is not good, and the updates they make cause my website to crash, and the support people do not solve the problem but instead keep me waiting and I have to contact them, the verification phase is also very tedious.
You have made the log in procedure much more extensive, requiring multiple clicks to get to my email. Also, I don't want to keep seeing the promotional page, but I can't get rid of it.
The current user interface is not user friendly and very confusing., takes me a long time to figure out what is what...previous interface was much simpler...wish there was an option to switch to that one
