So far tech support is not helping and does not understand what I am saying. Not sure if it's a language barrier or not, but 1st level support is not working. You changes to the environment are much more cumbersome than the previous version and you system keeps timing me out after on a minute or two.
It is much easier for me to get to the resources that I use. I love this new UI design. Keep up the good work!

Hostgator was easier than now in browsing and it was easy to access any part of the website, But now iI think it is hard.
I have a serious problem with the Wordpress staging process whereby my production database was deleted when the staging site was deleted.
I have been told a backup as of Jan 04 is available and it will be available to me for $50.
If I have to pay, so be it, although I feel the staging process itself has a problem.
I won't know until I hear from the tech support people, it's been a few hours now and nothing yet.
Until today I have been very satisfied with HostGator. This is a big problem and, of course, I am kicking myself for not doing my usual repetitive backups. Honestly I didn't because I was finishing up the site and trusted the staging process too much.

I am having multiple problems with my website due to changes made to my apps and website in the back ground. Now I am getting errors saying my certificate is not valid. I cannot have customers log in to set up appointments with this error. You are ruining my business.
The cost is lower. But 2FA does not work right on any OS besides Windows and OSX. This is due to Microsoft's actions but both BlueHost and HostGator need to stand up against Microsoft's actions!
