The old Hostgator Billing Portal use to be functional and easier to navigate. Now its a struggle just to jump to your Cpanel or Emails quickly as a site / server owner

Customer service is great, except when it comes to billing. I had an issue where I explicitly said I wanted to cancel a service but forgot to turn off auto bill. Now, that is on me, but billing wasn't helpful in getting the account canceled and refunded. Now I have to carry and pay for two accounts (one I do not use). THis was enough annoyance to make me reconsider a new hosting site in the future.
Sitelock being broken on our site,(winip.news) and your technical team not fixing the issue is a dangerous problem. It cant be a development issue if it works on my other site!...(portofwinlock.com) You still advertise it as one of your features which I pay for... What else can I expect to go wrong?
The Portal changes suck. I need quick access to the file manager.
You have made logging in and access to the cpanel so much harder than it needs to be. I am tired of having an add be shown to me in order to manage my server.

You try to sell me something before I can eben get to the dashboard. I've bought hosting if I've gotten this far. Distracting and greedy.
Not intuitive. Not user friendly. Not easy to find anything. Everything is a funnel to Hostgator trying to sell you something additional instead of simply providing the product I purchased...hosting. I've been with hostgator for 4 years and am looking for a new vendor.

I am customer for HostGator more than 8 years, but i am not happy from the support, i have a lot of problems not resolved until now such as i have emails, and i can't receive all my emails from customers, they call me daily they sent emails, but i did not received

Because it has the most features I am looking at at a reasonable cost, but our site has been hacked twice so Hostgator security appears to be suboptimal and the cpanel is not that easy to use.
I originally chose Hostgator because it seemed like a good option to build and host my website. Now I have had so many issues with my hosting plan and talking to the support team to resolve my problems that I am now shopping for another hosting provider.
