It's been over a month. I've been on the phone for over 15 hours now! And I've called over 12 times! Still no update!. And still no help with my transfer in. It seems like the overseas support has gone down because they don't help at all!

We, Drivespi.com hired Hostgator to provide a dedicated server for a three contract. Hostgator is all about the sales - no service, zero security and a lot of excuses. Our site was wrecked by Chinese bots allowed in by Hostgator's non-existent firewall. Forty thousand dollars later to rebuild our dedicated server, website and our operating system. Hostgator's management team denied any wrong doing and refused to credit our account for the canceled service contract. BE VERY CAREFUL HIRING THESE BAST ARDS!

Overly complicated and fragile log in process. Every log in to my account requires me to reset my password as the current password is never recognised
Had unlimited website then out of nowhere I can only have 3. Hostgator is no good, no integrity at all!
Because it is not Wix (and I am not sending a penny to Israel!). Also, it looked like a good alternative for what I needed.
The layout has changed and this brought various issues:
- I have to search for a while to find the file manager, it was quite easy to access before.
- There's always a ad to buy protection after login.
- Safari has trouble to identify the password field and suggests always a new password upon login. I think it's because email and password are separated now.
Why did you change your dashboard? The new one is terrible.
There used to be a button or link which led me directly to my cpanel. To get the my cpanel I now need to click through several pages and I have trouble finding it.
Less expensive and use for a client. Previous long term hosting quadrupled my rates after more than 20 years even though I wasn't hosting a site. Just using email and pointers
I have been with gator many years now, it's been a good decision so far
I have been trying to delete my account for several months with multiple interactions with customer service. Look at your records. I have asked to remove all services and not be charged SEVERAL TIMES. I was just charged again after being told I would not be charged for any further services. You are basically committing fraud. I will now be blocking my credit card from use by your company.
It took me 3 months just to get the website ranking and its been up for a now the chat will not give me time to do anything and wants a rating so they are getting a poor servicecouple of months now when I go to log in it says site can't be reached

I am going to start moving away from HostGator since this last major facelift. It's horrible. I was previously able to login to my account super quick and easy. Now, it won't remember my password. When logging in, and I get to the password screen, it acts like it's a new password and fills it in with a random password. I then have to tell it to not create a new password and it won't allow me to fill it in from my password book. This is not acceptable. Also, you have hidden access to the cPanel, I have to hunt for it. The layout of all of my sites to edit each one, this is garbage. I can't believe that you ruined such an amazing GUI. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere. This frustration is too much for me.
It's impossible to update the NS, If you can't provide this service, don't offer it.
