The changes have this site very difficult to use. The knowledge base does not align with structure of cpanel.

I liked the old website better. I cannot sign in and go to CPANEL. I have to select email, then backtrack...its not ideal
New login stinks. Also, too many clicks to get to my cPanel, which is 99.999% of the reason I sign in to my account.

This used to be an easy to use platform. It is now complicated. Stupid changes and doubled in price.
My downed site connection and missed scheduled posts are a continue problem.
I originally chose host gator because of the unlimited subdomains, which allows me to help small companies and nonprofit afford to have a web presence. Since the change to the new plans, I have had nothing but problems.
I have always used HostGator after being disappointed by GoDaddy back in 2009 for poor customer support.
Customer service gives wrong information almost every single inquiry. Website went down due to their errors over 3 times in 2months. And now i have to wait 60 days to get out of this relationship with hostgator.
