The "upgrade" of burying the cPanel is HORRIBLE, you have made managing my sites FAR more laborious with too many things taking too many clicks to get to. Secondly, did you not test this "upgrade" on a Mac and see what it does every single time you want to login and it's time to enter the password?

Before it was a better system to make a payment.
To pay, it is confusing.
I had a good system now it is bad. Instead of keeping what they had before, they decided to change to this new system, and it is confusing to pay.
When paypal redirected to the hostgator account in the old system, immediately the hostgator page appeared, indicating that the payment has been processed successfully "Thank you for your payment".
Experience bad.
I chose hostgator because I thought it was safe. But all my sites that I had in my reseller have been attacked.
I am a dedicated client since 2015. At that time it was very few that have the quality of customer service.
Two issues: Every time I sign in to my account it automatically tries to suggest a password instead of me being able to use the password I saved. It's really annoying that I have to go find my password every time and plug it in manually.
2. The links on my account do not go to the proper pages - I have two accounts and they are mixed up with links.

Because I did not like GoDaddy. Now I have having similar issues here after over 15 years of good service.
Because of hostgator's offer and good customer support, but now and tomorrow, I think hostgator changes all the offers and increases the price

The new panel is so unclear and with a lot of bugs in billing.

These whole new dashboard confused all my accounts, i am also receiving erroneous billings and none has been solved so far
There is a malware in my domain for which i have been contacting the team Since October 2023 but the issue is not yet resolved
Dashboard is not user friendly...so subdomains and addon domains instead of primary domains. Very confusing...credit card and paypal do not work. Always show errors...it sucks.
Time waste. Costed me so badly due to poor service
