Your migration has screwed up my account for weeks now, I am still waiting for it to be fully functional again... I finally got my CPanel working again and I went in to change my emails tonight, succeeded, then when back in to double check something now it won't load again... weeks of waiting and dead links... seriously disappointed and I have been with HG for a very long time and I have never had this many issues EVER
I don't need to see the "upgrade billing system for $4.99" splash screen and have to dismiss it every time I log into the customer portal.
Hostgator became quite expensive compared with other top hosting providers. Reduced max site number to 3 for business when others have 15 and 25.
And the last week it has issues all over and I cant finish the rollover of the sites.
It offered more than the provider I had, but it didn't deliver. Has become worse since I signed up.
Price used to be reasonable but how has gone up. Many of the options I need to find are buried in the site. It is a chore to even log in. Sometimes I log in and get right on and other times nothing happens. I check and recheck log in info and nothing happens. I get frustrated, leave and try again another time.
It used to be user friendly. I no longer enjoy using the service and I'm considering migrating elsewhere. The experience and customer service has declined considerably.

Look at my record. I have made several calls this week to correct a problem with my DNS settings and it still is not fixed. VERY unsatisfied

My weebly website I built on host gator just disappeared. I spent a week talking to customer service and there is nothing they could do except tell me to build a wordpress website. I would give this company negative stars if I could

Your new site sucks. Login doesn't work, doesn't recognize working 2 factor codes on safari. Site navigation organization sucks, not intuitive, if you hired a firm to design this new integration, fire them and start over.
I hate the new interface. Not easy to navigate. It messed up my CodeGaurd so I can't use it. Appears authenication issues. There is a splash screen that shows up at login and I cant get rid of it. Over all impression is that you went BACKWARDS in your system upgrade. Wish you could go back. This is terrible.
