The redesign of your site is horrible. I cannot find the full cpanel! I found it the other day, but cannot figure out where you put it.

I thought this may be more customer friendely than GoDaddy however since on the platform I have been hacked through the cpanel as Hostgator did not update to Php 8. This has caused conflict with my website and I have endured inconsistent access to the email. I removed my website last year from this platform and ebbing out and am planning to leave. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I can usually talk with someone at Hostgator if needed

I had an existing business plan account. I have had a lot of issues with migration the the dedicated server, I have over 30 years experience with redhat linux but I still struggled to get the new server configured and working
Why can I not exit the message us conversation and easily? I see Start New - hell no. It is covering the info I need now. I see no X, I see no video on how to exit. The experience with the tech was fine. But this has ruined my entire experience and taken up too much time. It doesn't go away when I log out. HOW do I get this chat closed?

I was told last week that my DMARC record would be updated. I gave the gentleman the record, but didn't know how to input it. Anyway, I just checked and it's not been done. Going to attempt to do it now.

I have had issues with getting our website up for over a month. We have proven payment multiple times and have called customer service multiple times. Administration has not communicated with us in several weeks. Still no website
I cant access my website and my primary business email is not working either - multiple chats have promised to resolve these problems but so far still not resolved
We were experiencing issues with our site crashing due to it using too many resources. We upgraded to a VPN account per support suggestion. We were told the account included unlimited space which turned out to be false. We emailed support 4 times asking for backups to be deleted as that what seemed to be the issue using too many resources. They never deleted them but kept asking us to send in an email requesting the backups to be deleted. Hostgator almost runied our internet business due to horrible support and suggestions. We will never do business with them again.
