HostGator customer service is atrocious. Only sales are good, which would make sense since they are the ones selling you on the product. But once you're in, every rep I've experienced on the tech team has been painful. They are all foreign reps, not that there is anything is wrong with that, but I have been on numerous chats with reps for multiple hours in the last few weeks and they either don't provide the help I need or they end the call after saying I "haven't answered in a while" when I literally respond immediately, within 1 or 2 seconds. I have also tried service by phone three times. Today I called and finally spoke to someone on the phone. Asked for a supervisor because I was done with incompetent customer service reps and no resolutions. After waiting on hold for thirty minutes I was told a supervisor would call me back. Of course, no call back. And my issue still remains. I can't access or create my website because I can't get to Wordpress. This company is terrible. Stay away from HostGator. Their low prices aren't worth the terrible customer service.
