My experience so far is horrible. I have spoken with customer service at least 6 times to fix domain issues, be assured that the issue is fixed, but only to find out that the issue is indeed NOT fixed. I'll try one more time and then I am transferring my domain name to another service.

The service was second to none years ago. Nowadays I feel a lack of interest sometimes.

Moving one site to their own... trying to dissolve our mgmt company and its not easy

I purchased a hosting package and paid a year for it. I was told my current website would be migrated to Host Gator in 3-4 days. It has not been over a month and still not done. Every time I reach out to Host Gator support (migration team) it has take 3-5 days for them to respond every single time. Not a great 1st impression! How can you migrate a site in 3-4 days when it takes you more than that to even respond?

I've worked on WP sites, and I find working through Hostgator to be quite clunky and confusing. Very unhappy right now.

Simple to use, don't love ya moving things around, but it's life. All is good.

HostGator has helped me stay in tune with my sites over the years. They have made every effort to solve issues in a timely manner.

I already had domains here. The WordPress experience has been most frustration. That and having cache issues that I don't control preventing uploads.

Security is not in place and even customer service is not able to help with partner product

I chose HostGator years ago before the ads and that window that tries to force you to buy extra protection where you have to find the link at the bottom of the page... i feel like im dealing with the mob.

New design is horrible, its difficult to get directly to the website templates
