Ability to start small and grow and scale on the same platform. But competition is offering more at much lower costs - especially embedding AI in their product offerings.

It was inexpensive compared to other hosting options. That's not really the case now.

Pretty much all the changes you made since the update are worse. Interface, much too high monthly fees, etc. etc.

This multiple credit card entry system stinks. The bank rejected any more changes. I have a domain to pay for. You need to set up a wallet type system.

It was the cheapest at at the time that would be able to host my site...

I miss your old account system. This new one is supposed to make it easier but it doesn't for those who like things a little more complicated and real.

Best pricing and decent wordpress performance. Much better experience than GoDaddy especially the free SSL on all domains, GoDaddy is a rip off.

Pricing and great customer service but a lot has changed in the last few years that have made both of those a distant memory. Pricing sucks and customer service is far worse than the IRS its absolutely horrible now. Your new designed portal is horrible too.
