The whole site, and the payment systems are overly complicated, and as one has to pay one by one for every detail, it results expensive. I quite hate it (not so much as I hate BlueHost, which is a magnet for hackers, and doesn't do anything about it).

Keep changing and unnecessarily adding infos, making it difficult for longtime users! I have lost data over and over,,, and the customer service not helpful! I understand one have to sale and make money, but do consider the importance of customers files as well. Not everyone is a computer ingeneer.
