Great it does all the work for me. I am loving this.
They track all the good deals, which is fantastic, but I'm so disappointed with the customer service and the way they handle things. You only get an email with a mild description of the booking. If you need additional information, you have to look it up with the airline since Hopper doesn't provide it to you. Impossible to contact them if you ever have a problem, and if you do, they are vague and insist on filling a form. I prefer to track the prices here and book directly from the airline's.
So convenient when trying to find good prices for flights. Thank you to the creators of this app. Lifesaver!
