I started Buying hookah pens from them about 2 months ago I was very surprised at the quality of the pen itself and how long it lasted! I have been ordering from them to this day, hands down best place I've ever shopped at. Plus the free shipping is nice and no tax is great too! Customer service is exceptional, especially Nathan he's great. He makes you feel very comfortable and helps very well. I have recommended them to my friends and colleagues. 5 stars!

I recently quit smoking and have tried so many different types of zero nicotine hookah sticks, these take the cake! Ordering things online is always questionable in terms of the product you actually receive and the service that you get. I have to say I am extremely pleased with both the product and the customer service! Nate was extremely helpful, very friendly and handled all of my concerns with promptness and a "no problem" attitude! No doubt I'll go back to them for any of my future needs! :)

I bought myself a hookah from this place about a year ago. I have used it for social gatherings and everyone that has smoked from it has loved it. I ended up upgrading to a new a new model called the Prime Hookah model after I had spoken to an employee named Nathan. He was very helpful and informative. Nathan gave me many options that would most fit was I was looking for in a hookah. He even went as far as giving me options for a great quality product that was within the amount of money I was willing to spend. It was very refreshing that this company was willing to go very far in making sure that their customers are getting exactly what they are looking for.

Those guys are great. I bought a groupon for a certain hookah but when I got the first one it was absolutely different then what I had ordered. So I call them and thinking I'll be on hold for hours, but luckily that was not the case. I spoke with them and they were very sorry that I got the wrong item and fixed it right away. With in the next week I got the new hookah no bull or excuses and he told me to keep the first one as a gift for the misunderstanding. I will absolutely recommend them.

When I went to go use my new hookah I discovered that the bowl was broken. In rage I left an e-mail and not being a person of patient called
Hookahtown... they listen and took care of the issue I of course apologize for my nasty email. Not only did they replace my bowl but also went the exrta mile and sent some extras I was given choices on what I would like... i told them to surprise me

Amazing Customer Service! Any time I have had a problem or have needed a replacement they have accommodated me and sent me the necessary replacements along with free liquids for the trouble. The service is amazing and they are always very understanding and more than helpful. This site is really affordable for me and the customer service makes me feel confident that my money won't be wasted. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Nathan from Hookah Town and I have to say it was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Nathan was professional and a joy to converse with, making sure all of my concerns and needs were met. On top of having an absolute blast speaking with Nathan, I found out that Hookah Town is also Hookah Shisha, where I had purchased my favorite hookah from. To make my point clear about the quality of the hookahs that are sold from Hookah Town and Hookah Shisha, I am going to tell you the story of Dragon, my favorite hookah. I have uploaded some pictures of Dragon in all her Gorilla Glue Glory as well to illustrate my story.

Dragon is a Pharaoh's Hookah purchased from Hookah Shisha a few years back. It is a stainless steel, interlocking base hookah that has literally been the best hookah I have ever owned or smoked out of. As an avid hookah user I have to tell you that this hookah blew my mind with the consistency and depth of flavor given when pulling from it. Unfortunately Dragon met an adversary so terrifying that even I couldn't save her from the fate that befell her. Dragon met my cat Happy. The first time Happy pulled Dragon from a table I totally expected Dragon to shatter into a billion pieces, but she didn't. In fact there was not even a crack in the base and I praised the Hookah Gods that Dragon was spared. Unfortunately while gaming one night I became careless and Happy once again attacked Dragon's hose, pulling her from a much greater height and breaking her into about six pieces.

Needless to say I was devastated as I picked the pieces up and realized that while the base was broken, the pieces were all still in amazing condition and large pieces that I could probably construct back together again. With a little bit of help from my friends at Gorilla Glue, I began Frankensteining Dragon back together again until she stood tall and proud again. I was a bit nervous smoking out of her at first, thinking my plan could not possibly work when low and behold I took my first hit and it was just as amazing as the first day I smoked out of her. Unfortunately Happy was very unhappy with my love affair with Dragon and pulled her from different tables on two other occasions, breaking her into pieces again. Each time I have glued her back together again and not only does she still work just as great as the first time I took a hit from her, she is still the best hookah I have ever smoked out of... even if she does look a little worse for wear.

Today I have ordered two more hookahs from the amazing folks at Hookah Town and I have no doubt that they will be just as amazing as Dragon has been. They have sold me not only on the quality of the products they offer, but also the stellar customer service they provide (even when I was the one who originally made the mistake and had to call them... sorry guys!) I plan to buy all my future hookahs from Hookah Town/Hookah Shisha and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys for rocking my socks off today, you are awesome!

Phone service and online contact service is also very good. They answer quickly and guide you through your concerns with ease. I recommend this company to any friends or family. I've tried a few different places but HookahTown is definitely my favorite. I will be purchasing from them pretty often!

I ordered a package over 3 weeks ago, I've not received it, and have attempted to make contact with hookahtown for a week now through multiple mediums, but have not heard back yet. I usually don't write bad reviews (infact I had to jump through a hoop to register on this site to even post this), but I want a refund at this point and might need to dispute it with the bank if I'm not going to hear back from the company. I'd expect this lack of responsiveness from a dinky looking website, and I would (maybe) be (slightly) less irked, but it's misleading when it seems like a fairly large, professional and well staffed company. I kept emailing, and at the end of the week I conveniently get an "automated message" that says the "offices are closed until Sunday". I've contacted them since and have not heard back yet and called and went to voice mail, and even texting Nathan's (one of the owners) phone numbers he had texted me from earlier to "talk about my order", which I ended up having a short conversation with him about what I had ordered. Maybe my order was coincidentally lost, and the offices happened to have oddly been closed for an extended period of time, and there is some excuse and logical reasoning to why I'm so frustrated, but it's a business, I ordered a package that says 3-5 days shipping, and it's been three weeks with no contact so naturally any customer will be a bit frustrated, despite whatever reasoning there might be to why I have not yet received my package, yet was debited for the transaction. I will report back when the situation is resolved.

After a month of waiting (shipping was supposed to take 2 days via fedex), and being given a runaround by their customer service department, my order still had not arrived. I looked their business address up on google maps, and it turns out, they are located in a house in the middle of a residential neighborhood. I don't know if this site is a scam or not, but from where I'm sitting, that's definitely the way it looks. I requested that they cancel my order immediately. No response as of yet, so we will see how it goes.
