I too, like many others purchased through Groupon in late may. It is exactly 5 days from a month of waiting just for a confirmation and shipping information and i am genuinely starting to believe this is a scam business or they are truly inept at running a business... Ironically I place most of the blame on Groupon for not better vetting the businesses they become intermediaries for. As of 6/18/18, I am completely done with Groupon, they have lost credibility with me.

The service is horrible. Will never in my life I'd do business with this people. Now to the story.

I bought eGo AIO Leakproof Sub Ohm Vape Pen Starter Kit for $29 dollars. I did find some cheaper option on other websites, but they'll come from China, meaning I'll need to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. So, as this is a company with expedited shipping option, I went with them. Little did I know, this crap is just the same China thing, hidden under a fake US address.

When I redeemed my Groupon on their website I paid Priority Processing & Shipping: 5-10 Days $5.99 extra on top of the Groupon fee.

Before charging me the money, there is no mention of anything other than 5-10 days. I ordered it on Aug 7th, and I needed the product on Aug 23, it would be a birthday present. I have enough time, right? Oh, no. The time was not on my side, even though I paid them extra.

I received the item on Aug 26th. It took them 19 days to get me something, that should not take more than 4-5 days tops, especially since I paid for the service.

Emailed them, no reply what so ever. I will try to submit a complaint through BBB.org but I see they are registered as hakooh. LLC. I guess one can not get any shadier!

I placed an order on July 14, and never heard back from them, so today July 19 I called them and got to talk to Nathan who was supper nice and explained that they were moving so that's why they were a little behind on the orders, he intermediately called the warehouse, upgraded my order and sent me the tracking number and shipping confirmation. I will definitely keep ordering from them and recommend to all my friends. Good Work guys! Customer service is the highly important to have a successful business and you were great. Thanks!

I bought a product on groupon and they were out of stock. Paid for priority shipping! I DIDNT EVEN GET WHAT I ORDERED AND THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF BUYING EXTRA BATTERIES! EVEN AFTER I GOT THE WRONG ITEMS IN THE MAIIL THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE AND THEN STOPPED COMMUNICATING WITH ME! $#*!ING SCAMMERS AND NEED TO BE STOPPED BEFORE THEY TAKE MORE HARD WORKING PEOPLES MONEY. THE PERSON "RUNNING" THE PLACE NATHAN IS A PUNK $#*! *ITCH! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REAL COMPANY!

I purchased a voucher through Groupon to use on HookahTown.com - I redeemed the voucher through their website, paid extra for priority processing/shipping, and received a confirmation email. This all took place on December 3rd, 2016 and as of today I have not heard a word from them about my order. I've made numerous attempts to contact someone, ANYONE, there - no response. Total scam.

So i origionally posted on this site about how i never received a conformation email and i couldn't get through to anyone. Someone finally reached out to me through here so i fixed my review. I have been trying to figure out where my order is because it has been 17 days. I understand that it can take up to 21 but i would like to be able to track it. I have emailed and called multiple times in the last week with no response. I honestly doubt i will ever hear from them or receive my order. I will NEVER EVER order from them again. Buyer beware!

So this is my second purchase from Hookah Town and I must say the experience was top notch! They go out of the way to make sure your getting exactly what you want. And the delivery is almost immediate.

For my second order I have to give a special thanks to Nate... he is THE BEST! During the course of a 20 minute phone call (which I'm sure he had more important things to do) he answered EVERY question I had and explained it to me in full detail. He was very friendly, patient and easy to relate to. I'm sure some of my questions were silly but he never once made me feel that way. I hung up with him feeling like I was purchasing exactly what I needed and feeling completely educated about it as well. You typically don't get that personalized feeling nowadays especially when doing shopping online. So to call in and get a human who went above and beyond his job was truly amazing!

We bought a hookah from here over a month ago and they charged our card immediately. Its been over a month now and our order is still "Processing". When you try to call the number listed on their website it rings once then hangs up on you. Weirdly this is also the same exact phone number that is listed for www.hookahshisha.org We also looked up the address that they have listed for their "business" and it is a random house in New York in the middle of a neighborhood. We've emailed numerous times and no responses. Assuming this is a scam site, so now we're out almost $100.

I bought a Groupon deal from this place and this place has the worse Customer Service Ever!
I'm so upset with the way, they DON'T respond to you emails and when you try and speak to
Someone and call them, you get 1 ring and then the phone hangs up! What is up with getting someone on the phone to talk with me, as I call the # that you have in your website for Customer Service related questions!
Emails aren't good either because my 1st email sent was during Thanksgiving! C'mon and get your sh! T straight. This will be the 1st of many bad reviews if I don't get taken care of! Not a reliable website! Do not purchase any Groupon deals from them!
It's almost Christmas abd all I wanted is to get my items before Christmas

My KM Hookah Order VIA Groupon: Decent hookah overall, lots of issues though. It's as if whoever packs the orders don't pay very much attention at all. The grommet size for the base/stem did not fit correctly when I first received it. The glass hookah was not clear with blue/gold accents like I had imagined, but instead it was frosted. The stem's gold accents seemed very worn and/or faded. The base is not perfectly flat but I don't expect it to be as it is handmade. I didn't want it to be a hassle to have the vase switched out since I've already waited 2-3 months for it to process and deliver so I just stuck with it. Also, the deluxe hose that was sent to me was damaged. I did however get another grommet and hose sent to me free of charge after emailing the company, but the new grommet wore out over the usage of two months so and eventually ripped down the side. Now I am currently using wet paper towel as a temporary base grommet. Grommets at local hookah shops do not fit the KM hookah so they basically have to be ordered which is somewhat a nuisance. I haven't yet decided to put an order out for a new one in fear of it not fitting my KM hookah. The plastic/rubber grommet for the hookah/shish bowl melts because of the heat, so I have switched over to using paper towel as a replacement instead. I find that to work out better anyway. Smoke output is decent and can be really good depending on the shish used and heat settings. Play around with it to find your best output. I am considering to replace the standard Egyptian bowl (that it comes with) with either a tangiers or a vortex. I do not recommend ordering hookahs from hookahtown. I will not return as a hookah customer in the future due to the many complications I have encountered.

I've been battling with smoking cigarettes & had stopped last year cold turkey for a couple months & November 1 the day I buried my mom I started back! I use to buy the logic pens & I found this website from googling alternative portable hookah pens since the Logics were becoming hard to find... After talking to a rep he was VERY INFORMATIVE & discussed the $$ I was spending on the logics & how much better the Bastone Mini was & less cost efficient! LONGGG story short I LUV, LUV IT! I would recommend these to anyone & I'll be buying MORE FOR GIFTS! I also became a member! #SATISFIED #CUSTOMER
