Wow! My question is... why if Hookah town already charged my credit card and they knew exactly what I ordered why do I have complete and go through all this BS process to get my order? To be able to get my order I have to select an image exactly as the product that I've purchased on Groupon and the image of the item that I ordered it's not even in their sorry sad product list. The only way to be able to get my order delivered to my address is to complete their form and ended up picking something that I don't like or want from their only junk list available for Groupon purchases. Horrible costumer service had me waiting for more than half an hour to ended up hanging up the phone. Unbelievable unprofessional scammers mf...
Interesting, I looked at the box and it clarifies the benefits of CBD but doesn't say anything about the contents or source of CBD. When I researched which part of the Hemp plant VaprBrat used it said the stalks. After further research I found that the CBD is ONLY found in the flower of the Hemp plant, not the seeds or stalks. This, IMO, is a very misleading product... I purchased 2 from Groupon and regret it
Purchased CBD vapor oil, 1000 mg., which leaked in the package during shipping. I have sent pictures and emails to the company. The company has not responded after sending several messages to them. Terrible customer service. Buying from them is a risk of waisting your money. They obviously don't care about their customers!
Bought the 500mg cbd pen like many others and had no issues. Sure it took a while for my pen to actually ship and then arrive but it says that in the discription upon checking out. Pen works well and tastes like cereal as stated :)

Took forever even after paying extra for priority 1-5 day shipping and was missing one of my vape pen products! When I called the company they were very rude. I just contacted Groupon to get their help, I am beyond dissappointed! Had this worked out good, they would of probably had a life long customer.
I dont know what i expected a $40 value to look like, but this wasnt it. Two small items. I even asked them if this was correct,and they told me the value added up to $36, but i cant even find the products listed anywhere so i dont know. I dont think it lives up to expectations but maybe they take it more seriously if you dont buy it through Groupon
Ordered the $20 cbd mystery box on groupon and just received my package.
I got 8 items no bs.
I placed the order monday the nov 26th and got the package on dec 1st.
Im sure everyone paid attention and redeemed the code and didnt just order from groupon and think it was gonna ship. Directions say go to hookah site and enter voucher code.
I ordered the $20 mystery box on Groupon from here. It took 3 weeks to get. And it was supposed to have $40 worth of product but I recieved 2 items... i honestly hate both flavors and WILL NEVER use them. I get cbd items are expensive(right now at least). But 2 items... they were supposed to be different categories of product as well but these two you consume. So not different... i am HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY!
Do not purchase from them on Groupon. Reviews and comments not allowed there but they are a SCAM. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR GOODS.
The company selling this was HORRIBLE (HookahTown.com aka Hakooh LLC)
They did not redeem this product and replaced it with a product (Jomo OMIN vape pen) worth $7 (according to most other internet stores) when I paid $25.
I received very poor customer service (for the vast majority of the time) and it took over a month and a third try to get what I paid for (which is an absolute rip off). I received attitude from the representative, was hung up on multiple times, refusal to being allowed to speak to managers upon request, and an overall horrible experience. If I didn't pay for the voucher from Groupon, and was placing an order over the phone, I would've given up on the company because of the poor customer service. VERY Disappointed!
In fairness, I received excellent service the first time I needed to call the company (in retrospect he was the one who sent me the $7 product at a cost of $25). But the next times I had to call the company was very different.
In my opinion, to save your money, time, etc, you MUST use another company. FYI, this company also has Vape Brat as one of their brands, so to receive proper customer service, avoid that as well (in my opinion)

I ordered thru groupon and was surprised when I received an extra 10$ off from some special weekend deal and ended up with exactly what I wanted a silver flick. Now reading your reviews I feel lucky I guess idk.
I purchased a Groupon voucher for Hooka Town. I purchased the Magic Concealed Lipstick Pipe (2 pack) for a gift through the Hooka Town website with the voucher. I received the package in the mail and I am too embarrassed at the lack of quality to gift it to my friend. The plastic looks cheap and scratched up with a metal bowl head and mouth piece. The pic showed red and purple. I received blue and green. Never again. Just no. The first 3 pictures are what was delivered to me and the 4th picture is what I expected to receive... big difference!
Placed order for cbd vape pen on July 20th. Paid with PayPal. Ordered through Groupon. It's now Aug. 24th. I will file complaint with BBB. Inform PayPal as well.
Bought a vape from them and never received it and it was through Groupon's and they continue to allow these lowlife scammers to sell
I ordered their Groupon and followed directions. I even paid for "VIP" shipping. They never sent a tracking number so I email them and they stated I would receive one in 24-48 hours. They never sent it. I waited 5 more days and emailed them again. They never responded.
It has been 19 days. This business is obviously a scam, DON'T USE IT!
Groupon should be shamed too as they promoted this business.
I placed on order and the item didn't come with a tool as it was suppose two. After emailing them numerous times and 3 weeks later they sent me an envelope that was totally empty. The envelope was in tact.
Since then I've emailed them a few times about this but they never answered them. I would never order anything else from this company as they don't back their products.
