I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience on Hood.de. I was scammed by one of their suppliers, Megatape Reitshop, from whom I ordered a product over a month ago. Not only did I never receive the item, but I also haven't been able to contact the seller through the details they provided. They have gone completely silent. I contacted Hood.de to report the issue and requested their support with information for my police case, such as whether there were other complaints about Megatape Reitshop and if Hood.de has had any successful communication with them. I was met with generic responses and repeated delays. Hood.de keeps extending a deadline they claim to have given the seller, but nothing has come of it, and I still have not received my refund. Even more concerning is that Hood.de continues to list Megatape Reitshop on their platform, despite this clear evidence of fraudulent behavior. This shows a complete lack of vetting or accountability. The seller even has a high rating on the site, which makes me question the integrity and transparency of Hood.de's review system. Strangely, I am not allowed to leave a review for this transaction, which makes the entire system feel dishonest and manipulated. Bottom line: Hood.de is enabling scam activity by continuing to host and protect a fraudulent seller. I urge others to be extremely cautious using this platform, especially since Hood.de takes no real responsibility when things go wrong.

Leider hat die Zahlungsart PayPal nicht funktioniert. Schade.
Guter Service. Jedoch wäre es schön,wenn eine Benachrichtigung mit der Paketnummer zur Verfolgung der Sendung erfolgen würde. Dies ist eigentlich bei den meisten Internetanbietern üblich. Aber insgesamt bin ich zufrieden.
Bis jetzt schnell und unkompliziert; so wie ich es schon mehrfach praktiziert habe.

However, please note that these may not be immediately apparent to you and that, for data protection reasons, we are not permitted to provide you with detailed information about the measures taken.
We have also already informed you that we cannot issue a refund in this case, as you made the payment directly to your seller. As your direct contractual partner for the order, the seller must therefore issue the refund to you manually.

Regarding your statement that you cannot rate the seller, this is not correct. You have already rated them accordingly. For this reason, further rating is not possible here.
Every customer who has made a successful purchase from a seller on our online marketplace can rate the respective seller. It is not possible to rate a seller if no order has been placed with them. Therefore, the ratings on Hood.de are based on successfully placed orders from customers.
