We posted a negative review of One Landscape Design & Build in Peterborough, Ontario. Our experience with this business was a nightmare and we are incredibly disappointed with both the service and the landscaping done. Once we paid in full, we never saw One Landscape back onsite again... Our review of One Landscape was live on HomeStars until One Landscape created an account there. Suddenly, our review was removed and we have had no response to any inquiries with HomeStars about publishing our review. Our review was honest and met all HomeStars' criteria. We can support our claims with our invoice, photos and correspondence from other professional organizations as we seek to fix the multiple issues left as a result of One Landscape's poor work on our property.

I've run my own company for over 25 years, and haven't received any complaints! Registered with homestar, in which they posted fraudulent review from an individual, which was not investigated. When I notified homestar, they were very misleading, and dishonest on their posting requirements. Im even in the process of hiring a lawyer, for slander from Homestars' post. What makes them even worse is, since I've complained to them, I am no longer able to access MY OWN REVIEW, NOR PRINT IT. Anyone else can still do so. How unprofessional is that. They are a fly by night company or (organization), and will get what they deserve in the end! Any promising and upcoming business should never use them!

I have hired this company in 2009 to put new Bay window which is about 20' long. There was no problem at all. Last month I experienced a small problem (noting major), so I call them to look into it. They came and fixed the problem with out asking me any questions. They are good people and act professionally.

You can trust them as I do.

I commanded everyone to check with "ALMA WINDOWS and DOORS" before with any other company. I am sure you will be happy as I am. Not only they are good people and professional but most importantly they"keep their promise"

We subscribed to a three month contract with Homestars, at which time we were to receive a call to from our rep to discuss options of continuing our service. In the meantime we were also to receive thankyou cards in the mail from Homestars to promote reviews and to post to our profile throughout the three months we received four emails confirming that the cards would be sent to us, but we never received the cards. We did not receive any calls from our rep prior or even after the three months, subsequently we were billed for the fourth month. It took an additional month of numerous calls and emails to the rep and our Homestars consultant to finally receive our refund. We ask our customers and in those three months we did not have one call come in from our Homestars website.
In our opinion they are eager to get you onboard, but once you are committed to, we did not think our monthly payment of 210.00 was working using Homestars.

My husband always uses homesteads to find contractors. We were redoing our backyard interlocking and the front of our house. He found GTA landscaping located in Toronto who subcontracted a company by the name if Strong Base interlocking and construction. The guy came out and looked at the work to be done and gave us a estimate. Where do I begin. We first gave him a deposit of $200 this was in may, he said he would start in June. With all the wet weather we had we understood. So he came at the end of July to start. We waited a long time. He would make excuses when he didn't show up, it's too, family issues etc... Then came to putting the interlock, we had existing interlock and he said he would get the same interlock. Not consulting with us first he got the wrong stone and started laying it down. My husband cones home and noticed right away, he said he was 150% sure it was the right stone. My husband argued back and forth, hr finally said our stone was discontinued, my husband said why he wasn't straight with us. My husband called 4 different companies and finally found one that still had it in stock. My husband called him and told him. He called his supplier to confirm and he did. He asked me what I wanted to do I said rip it all out and get the right stone. He wasn't happy and so the headache started. He told us that we would have to wait 4 weeks because he had other jobs to do. Is that professional? No! Do I called GTA landscaping and they contacted him and he said he would be there the following week on the Monday. Monday came and went to show, more excuses. He promised so may thing to us that he would do and never did. Finally my husband kept calling until he came to finish. We paid him and he said that he would be back to pick up materials that had to be disposed until now he hasn't showed up to pick it up. More excuses. I don't recommend this company at all. They promise so much and don't follow through. I'm tired of dealing with scum.

We purchased a central airconditioner from Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc 5 days ago and we are very satisfied with their service. The company attended to our needs promptly and efficiently. The price was reasonable and service is excellent. We were accommodated even in their busy schedules. They installed the unit on time and it was working well. The people are friendly and professionals in dealing with customers like us.

My two car wooden garage was continually being invaded by squirrels. After many years of paying Pest Control to insert trap doors and wire screening followed by my having to clean up the squirrel mess and repair/replace the damaged wood, I decided to do something to keep the squirrels out permanently.

I studied three possible options for siding (fiber cement, galvanized steel and aluminum) and opted for 53 gauge aluminum siding and hired AIMG inc to do the job

The project included the removal of an exterior damaged wall, the repair/replacement of a chewed stud, the installation of plywood on 4 exterior walls and on part of an interior wall, the installation of 53 gauge aluminum siding on the four exterior walls, the installation of soffit, fascia, eaves, downpipes, leaf guards and a new exterior light.

I am very pleased with the end result... my garage looks like new now.

Yuri proved to be very professional, punctual, reliable and honest. Tending to every detail, he delivered all that he promised and more. His carpenters, installers and electrician all did an excellent job. Also I thought that the price I was charged for this project was quite reasonable.

I highly recommend AIMG inc and give it a 5 star rating.

Servo Tech provided Great Service... I'm really happy that I found this guy. I had hard time to find a good technician and I did struggle with complains from my tenants in Lachine and LaSalle all the time.
Now after doing business with Danny, my phone stop ringing and I'm really happy.
I hope he will not change his prices now that he became very busy...
I do recommend him to anyone who need a good service and a real quality job...

I highly recommend VM Drain and Plumbing inc. Walter, the person I've dealt with is great. His people installed back flow valve and sump pump after 2013 flood.

Rick Phillips came to fix my plugged kitchen sink which turned out to be a clogged drain from the sink to the sewer connection. He was very professional and courteous. Before starting he explained to me what he was going to do. Upon completing the job, he cleaned up neatly. He also gave me tips on how to keep the drain free flowing from now on. I would highly recommend Rick to any of my friends at any time. Also, he was very patient and understanding with an old lady.
