I love using the Homesnap App! When I am out driving around and I don't want to log in to my FMLS account, Homesnap is an easy and quick way that I can get information about a particular house that I may see just driving by - I recommend it to my clients as well! I use it in the most basic way but I am looking forward to learning all of the other ways that I can incorporate Homesnap into my business.
Excellent app for on the go needs. I visited several houses today and was on Homesnap for every stop. The ability to take a pic of the house and it pulls up the details is AMAZING! I didn't know what address I was at and Homesnap was able to tell me in a few seconds. 5 stars!
Provides a map of the area you are looking in. Each property is flagged and priced. A picture list of properties. Chose what type you want. The greatest perk?? See a property, take an in app picture. Instant info!! So convenient and easy. Lots of info provided. Outlined property boundaries, very helpful. Satellite picture too!! Makes looking for real estate sooo easy and enjoyable!!
I love the technology that Homesnap offers and I constantly refer more and more agents to it. I also teach Realtor safety and Homesnap is part of my presentation with the security timers built in. Keep up the great work!
It's hard to believe that an app this amazing is free! It has all the newest listings and was much easier to navigate than Zillow. Also noticed that a ton more listings on Zillow were not actually available anymore, no fun when you fall in love with a house that is already off market 3 weeks ago!

Our realtor suggested for us to use this app while we are looking for a house to purchase, once I start using it I can't stop using it, very user friendly and this app gives you more information on the houses that you are interested . My favorite part of this app is it's very accurate and it gives you a map of the surroundings of the house that you are looking for and actually gives you all the houses that are for sale, sold, contingent and under contract. I definitely recommend this app especially when you are planning to buy a house! It will save you a lot of time!
This app is very helpful for starters in the real estate investing world. I love the map view option that also shows recently sold and other homes on sale close to the subject property. I definitely refer Homesnap for every property review and research.

Prior to Homesnap my clients would text me screen shots of properties...text them to me to make sure they were still available...95% of the time they weren't! I LOVE Homesnap, I push this app heavily to my clients because I hate the emotional rollercoaster they go through of falling in love with a property that's no longer on the market. It's also amazing that this app is branded to me guaranteeing exclusivity between me and my clients. Best app ever!
