I absolutely love this app. It is so easy to use and provides instant information while we are out house hunting!

I heard about this on WGN and thought I would give it a try. What a great app all you do is take a pic of home that you are interested in and bang it show how much it is selling for or what it sold for.
I love you using this app

Love to take snaps of houses and see what they are worth !

But, sometimes it is not as the house obscured by trees and tall bushes.
Then, a funny thing happens. It gives the wrong address of that particular house. Address is Way off !

Much easier to search for properties on this app compared with others. This has made to looking process way faster.

OMG - this app rocks! We used it for our home search after our agent recommended and we are now telling our friends. Supposedly this is the professional app all the MLSs and Brokerages give their clients. It is incredible. Our agent was a Compass agent but the app for Compass was terrible and our agent told us about Homesnap.

I have been using Homesnap for a while and I love the convenience that it gives me to help my clients. Love the property line walk feature!

Much easier than MLS. Used MLS to enter searches for *******, "West Columbia" and " Cayce." All returned listings for Lake Carolina which is in NE Columbia zip code or two a way from my area. Not intuitive enough. Prefer Homesnap. It's easier.

Fast convenient source of information for properties and easy to use

Very useful to see houses near you, to set up safety time during doing your open house, also to send listings to your buyers.
When showing houses, you can also check what other houses are available in that area.
Definitely, recommend this app.

I've had this app for about a week and I can't rate it high enough. I use it regularly when I'm out doing my area drivebys; it doesn't get any easier than pointing the camera at a property and all of its information is then right at your fingertips.

Still learning how to use, but it's amazing so far.
