This app has helped me so much I am personally part of a community and a real estate education program, this app makes comping investment so much easier! I even talked about it in one of my videos great app the only non complaint or suggestions is make sure when talking a comp to be standing on the side of the street the house is on so it comps out the right property! Screen shot and send it right over to your your person if your in real estate and don't have this app your not in the 21st-century!

The type of data, organization and delivery are impressive, especially for a free app. I'm always going to do my research but the consolidation of survey/map data makes drive-by assessments exceedingly simple and telling. My last purchase posted a status update almost immediately once under contract and entered in the MLS as opposed to the lag from other services which tout MLS accuracy but may take days to reflect actual market activity. Recommended.
