Best real estate app! I'm not even in the market right now and I use this app all the time. If you have any interest in real estate Homesnap is the best app.

I love this app. I'm trying to find my next home and it gives me all the info I need to decide if I want to see it in person. I really like that it shows estimated prices for other houses in the neighborhood. A must use if you're house shopping.

I like the app it has proved it's very useful while I am out in the field showing house . I like the fact you can take a picture of a house on the market and home snap brings up all the info plus bring up near by homes on the market is a very useful feature .
I am looking forward to discovering any new tricks it can do,

This is a great app. There are many choices for seasoned agents to use and this is a real winner. Comprehensive info. Intuitive interface. Great for me and also great for my clients.

Best app out there. Always running when I'm driving. Has replaced my pen and paper. Wonderful REI asset.

I use this all day. As well as the desktop version. All my client get the app and love it.
Only criticism is the iPad app won't work w/LTE. only wi-fi. When iPad app is not working just pull out my iPhone and keep moving. Get app.

I can't say enough good things about Homesnap! It allows me to navigate the real estate market in Boston and the surrounding towns with ease, and with my mls membership, it's free! Homesnap offers a ton of useful tools for providing the best service possible to my clients (apart from my own personal expertise of course).

MRED (Midwest Real Estate Data) substituted their home grown app for HomeSnap. I used to use the MRED app but find HomeSnap MUCH more helpful. The killer features for me are 1) school zone boundary overlay 2) property line overlay 3) snap function because when looking for homes that aren't on the market I can snap them and then see when they hit the market last.

I use this all the time while out on HHT's. It really backs you up on neighborhood stats & pricing. Lots of other cool features as well- home stats, GIS mapping, etc.

Handy app and easy to use. Very helpful in finding comps in the area. Works perfectly in Arizona.
