I have had excellent service with Homesafe with no complaints till I made my call to report my freezer wasn't working this time. The person I talked to with the company was rude short and disrespectful. I am 85 years old and was trying g to understand what she was telling me. I. hung up the phone in tears. The technician they sent out was so kind and patient with me. He was wonderful and made up for their phone representatives rudeness

My claim was handled quickly. Technician recommended replacement. HomeSafe representative contacted me and explained the process and told me he would be processing check and sending by mail. Fastest service ever with a home warranty service. Would recommend this company

They did a spectacular job starting, follow-up, and resolution of the claim. They had to special order a part; I was kept in the loop on the status, abs when the part arrived, they schedules an appointment convenient for me. I would recommend they (and all service providers) not be so obsessive regarding customer surveys.

Unnecessary time delays, some rude people, very poor communication, requirements for submitted not clearly explained, no timely notification of discrepancies.
