I have only received 2 leads. I was told the area codes produce a lot so why am I only getting one for each zip code? If this stays this way I will be terminating.

I am so pleased and impressed with the experience I had with Homes.com. The customer service number was easy to find online, a representative picked up the phone within a minute of me calling, and he was able to help me with our team's listing almost instantly. Especially in comparison to zillow's non-existent customer support, Homes.com exceeded my expectations to say the least. Thank you again for your help. Johnnie was great. He is very easy to speak to and was not pushy at all (this is a huge thing for me). He spoke with the heart of a teacher and not a sales person which is the main reason I decided to give him a few minutes to tell me about the program. I am very pleased with my call and I look forward to working with Homes.com.

I have been signed up for a month now and have yet to receive 1 single lead. I was told I would receive around 7 leads a month. I would have even been happy with 1-2 leads however, nothing yet. If it's because I didn't do that webinar, I will be even more upset. Why would that not have been told to me in the beginning...? Hopefully the leads will start and come as promised.

Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
