Tremaine was awesome to work with to establish my joint venture with Homes.com! He took the time to explain all of the advantages of the different levels that Homes.com offers to agents. There was no question that he couldn't answer. It was expressed to me that Homes.com works for the agent to be successful, and I like that mindset!

Very dissatisfied and I want to cancel and get a full refund! I have only had 1 contact! Jamaal says he has done all he can and that this is the way this type of marketing works but that wasn't they hype I got from the salesperson. Please refund me and cancel my service.

I have only received leads for homes from a local trailer park. 7 leads, all under $60,000, all looking at mobile homes. Mobile Homes are not considered Real Estate in Florida. Unfortunately I am locked into a 6 month contract for something that is proving useless.

Great service- Christopher was very knowlegeable... Just concerned about the BAD LEAD for a manufactured home on rented land- I can't sell this type of property.

This is my second experience Homes.com I think I blocked the first round out, I didn't realize it until I updated my password. The salesmanship and service have been nothing less than outstanding! The quality and professionalism of my interaction with Homes.com, so far, is one of the best experiences I have ever had in my 16+ years in Real Estate (billion of sales calls.) I am looking forward to the results. Somebody is hiring and training well!

I work with many 3rd party RE sites and every time I call Homes.com someone answers and is kind, friendly and helpful. I can not say any of that for the other sites I have to work with so... job well done!

This rep needs to learn to speak less and say more. Also slow down and take cues from the customer he talks to. Not a good experience.

Candy was personable, kind, and understanding. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer ALL are my questions. Her experience as a realtor assisted with finding the right package for me. I couldn't say no to the deal she gave me.

Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
