I love the attention that they take on your account. The account manager notify you when your area is open. The CRM that they offer is great with email drips and also it send homes to your client. Their prices are not high which makes the chances much easier.

I was very satisfied with Jamaal's service. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. But so far I am very disappointed with program. I have not received any calls from prospects since I sign up for the program. I was told I would get 3000 a month in just one of my area's. I would like to speak with someone regarding this. Very happy with the customer service and the results were more than expected. I was upset that we were NOT notified prior to our website expiring. I know you tried to contact us via an expired email account, but we do have phone numbers too.

Cecilia understood my extremely busy schedule and made many accommodations to work around it. She respected both my time and my clients time, but was able to present the product in a very professional manner in the many, but short phone, email and text exchanges we had. I was surprised to here she was rather new to sales! She was the sole reason I am giving the product a try... most cases the cold calls for real estate products don't allow you to be a REALTOR first and take a sales call second. Cecilia gets that balance. Great job to her!

Johnnie's customer service was phenomenal! He keeps his customers in mind on every level. He was very understanding and personable! He even remembered me from a previous call a month ago. Maximizing my exposure stayed at the top of his radar. Grade A service!

Roth was helpful in getting me to the correct department. I have been calling other number and the response is that it is a non working number. Roth put me in touch with the correct department and I will be a happy customer because of his help. Spoke to Alfredo and he is taking care of everything for me.

Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
