I wanted to know what the tax and property value was on my ex husbands house, I got pictures that were approximately 1 year old, i liked the birds eye view, would have wanted more view of front to see the upgrades that had been done.

Signed up for 1 report for $1. The report never showed so I called. Then I was informed they had my info and I received a PACKAGE DEAL for $18 a month! I canceled, got a cancellation # and got my report within a minute. I like the report, but wonder what my cc bill will look like.
I was able to get the details I needed with just putting in my address I will recommend this service to others.

When I called to get the fraudulent charges removed- even speaking with a supervisor you get "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry but apologies do not put $ back on my credit card. I am sure I did not agree to the monthly service charge. Supervisor Megan Miller says I did. THEY LIE that is her job. She has no more power than the poor people who are the first line on contact. They lie, they lie, they lie

I'm currently on hold for the last 25 minutes and counting to speak to the so called "supervisor ". Bottom line DO NOT USE!!! HORRIBLE. Still waiting to speak to a supervisor. After 30 minutes I got disconnected."
These people had the nerve to tell me in an email - "We don't tolerate verbal abuse." Are you kidding me?! You don't get respect - YOU'RE THIEVES!
So I followed it up by saying "Here's an acronym for ya - FU!"
These people should be charged with criminal intent. You don't offer something for a 1.25 and then charge 19.99 on a monthly basis - That is illegal, period!

I used this company for a one time 1.25 report and they continued to charge me 29.95 for nine months. They were incredibly rude on two occasions when I tried to talk with them and still have not shut down the account. They refunded only four payments though I did not authorize them stealing money from my account. This company should be shut down for scamming so many.
Be aware when you visit usrealtyrecords.com, their low fee data reports comes with a charge from this ridiculous website HomeReports.org, and it's monthly subscription! Stop your card immediate after you see it appears on your card!
Be aware, you may have checked "Monthly Subscription". If you order a report using these people, MAKE SURE YOU DON'T PUT THE CHECK MARK IF YOU DON'T WANT THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. Yes, I did order a report, but, I THOUGHT it was a one time deal. Even though I've never used these people since then, and, I complained, a CSR by the name of Shaylee refunded me yesterday's charge as a "Courtesy" while they've been charging me since February. I don't even know user ID, password, and account # to gain access to my account. Watch out!
