Very helpful, good snapshot of values and issues. Nothing says value like a Zillow zestimate and description. Thanks friends for helping me ascertain value of my home and stuff related. We want to see things as they are and not as they appear to be. You did it!
I find this site to be invaluable. I am selling my home and needed all information that can be found on this site. I printed my pertinent records (7 pages). These 7 pages answer all of the questions that the future buyer would need to evaluate the property and home. I love it!
I wasn't sure what I was getting. I was looking for a statement telling me how much I owe on my property taxes. I didn't get that, but what I did receive was interesting.
Outstanding report. Provided all the info we were locking for and more. It could not have been any better.
Kudos! Lot of information including pictures! Outstanding including local schools and a nice walk through checklist info appeared accurate and including an up to date assessment of current property value
Useful to owner who plans to sell this property in near future. Useful to prospective buyers as well. This is an excellent, well-cared for property by original owner.
We are looking to sell our home. Paid $1.00 for most information already available on Redfin, Zillow and Relator.com sites. Was able to copy link from Google earth to add to Zillow profile. Downloaded the checklist to make it easier for us to negotiate with potential buyers for an efficient and quick process.
Was helpful finding my parcel folio tax identification number thank you very much for your assistance in finding my parcel folio identification number
Says there is not a home on the property but there is and it wasn't built in 1930 was built in the 1960s I believe.
My review was very good but I would also like to add New work we had done to the yard. Listed is one brand new kitchen with appliances, we have two brand new kitchens both stainless steel appliances, granite, and tile. Four brand new full baths with tile and granite. There are twelve rooms all have New floors. Carpet over oak and ceramic. We also had a large 22 by 42 by 30 lagoon shaped in ground pool put in. There is a 10 foot high by 12 feet long waterside and two little waterfalls one on each side of slide. We added approx. 4000 square feet of patio pavers and New front steps.
I was very satisfied with my $1 review; it provided me with all the information I wanted and then much more, in Land value, property improvements, property history, and the one thing I wanted most and that was a TODAY value.
OK... This started out to be a good review; then I saw the negative reviews to screen right. So there will be fraudulent charges? I will go back and review what I may or may not have agreed to. It never bodes well when the word "scam" shows up in a review. Or SEVERAL reviews, in this case.
Update:
Went back to review. There was Indeed mention of WHAT I ASSUMED was an OPTIONAL service totaling $ 228.00/year. NOWHERE was it stated that I was AGREEING to that.
I called their customer service # and cancelled immediately. Customer rep was pleasant, and agreed to refund my money (hope this proves true). She explained that the $1.00 I agreed to was A DEPOSIT. THAT WAS NOT STATED!
HomeReports is indeed a scam. The agreement is not just poorly worded. It is DELIBERATELY poorly worded, and probably wouldn't hold up in court.
Let the buyer beware. I hope I can save someone else a huge headache.
This contains some inaccurate info (number of bedrooms and baths). Also age is wrong. Not really any good at all. The only thing accurate was the picture shown ans the school info.
Minimum info but enough to check out would like to see more info about who owns property listed. This property pictures are old and outdated need to be updated, these should be updated on a regular basis
$1 well worth it. Easy to use, printable, fast results. Would recommend it to friends and family. Like that it gave current mortgage on the house
Easy report to get to compare home values in the area. The tax appraiser had a different value from the one I now have. They tend to be higher but of course they can collect more money in property tax.
I found this very comprehensive and interesting. One of the 3 credit reporters did not keep up with my information for several years, and was not helpful in correcting it. My last credit score while I was working was 815. Since I have retired, I pay cash for everything, so do not worry about my credit score, however it shows lower than it would accurately be shown due to the errant reporter. As most reports are nowadays it is overall full, with occasional errors. When I try to correct them, they say what's shown is it and they can't (won't) change it. I find this in medical records also. Zillow has been in error with my reports from the first time I saw their reports, which were done with NO look at the property. I suppose this report is as good as I can get. It certainly includes a great deal of info and gives me info to look for if I need to sell.
Oh, yes. My heat is gas, not oil, as is hot water and stove top. Baths are 1 3/4, not 2.
Thank You. Very Professional and up to date. I am impressed with your on line abilities. They have improved over the past 5 Years. This is all I have to say if you want 100 words I guess I will have to keep typing until The submit your review (orange) button will let me off-out of this Page!
Answer: Becareful same with my account, I don't know why They continues to charge my card, only thing I agree to pay is a one time report fee plus their report is useless, information on the report is the same information you can just google it. I file their charge as a fraud. Maybe they think they can get away with steeling just a little money from everyone and people wont notice.
