I was "matched" with Homelight when I reached out looking for an experienced realtor to sell my mountain resort condo. I had found Homelight on the internet, and was at first skeptical as you never know what you might get over the internet. Mountain Real Estate is a little different than selling a home, as there are intricacies with HOAs, transfer fees, etc., and I wanted someone who understood this. I was matched by Homelight with Allison Simson, who exceeded my expectations! Not only has she been a realtor specifically in Keystone where my condo was, but she was there when my condo building was originally built so was very familiar with the property and area. I found her to be exceptionally professional, in addition to knowledgeable as well as a great negotiator, and anytime we spoke, we were always on the same page. She sold my condo quickly and at the price I wanted, and walked me through every step of the process.

Homelight recommended two different agents in our area and we chose to go with the second option. I received a phone call from both agents and both were professional and courteous. The agent that we chose has been a successful partnership so far. I am an investor in my area and he has been helpful listing all of our properties. He has also aided in identifying things that need to be remedied in homes whether it be purchasing or selling. So far so good

We are beyond happy with Homelight for having connected us with Al Wagner. He contacted me within 8 hours of contacting him through Homelight and provided fantastic service. The market had several hiccups during the sale process and we also had a challenging home to sell due to Walmart being behind our home. Al helped us navigate all of that with ease and even brought us the buyer for our house. He deserves the high ranking provided by Homelight.

The Jim Before team did an amazing job in getting my house sold. Due to my already living in another state, I really thought this was going to be an impossible task. However Homelight was able to find a realtor with a high sales record that was willing to work with me from out of state. Homelight immediately responded to my online request. I received online confirmation and then a follow up call from an agent to discuss the details of my request. The Homelight agent was professional and friendly and provided me with me a recommendation within the next day or so. The realtor I used from the Homelight recomendation was awesome and sold a house I was very worried would not be sold. And it was done within 4 months! I had previously had my house on the market several years ago without using homelight and was unable to sell it and was very disappointed with the realtor I had chosen. She was pessimistic and did not do much to push the sale of my home. I ended up renting the house out for 1.5 yrs. The renters did much damage and left me with a large bill and house in bad shape. Jim Bedorf came in and honestly told me what we needed to do to get this house sold. His team was so positive even with what I thought was an impossible task. They spent much time on this sale and what an amazing accomplishment it was! All thanks to the Homelight referral and recommendation. Homelight did all the research for me. They checked all the stats on the realtors so all I had to do was read the reports and make a choice. The realtor even called me after being referred. Process was so simple, just answered some questions online! And to top it off, I even got a rebate for using the Homelight recommendation when my house sold! Thank you Homelight! Recently, I needed to sell my home in Ohio while I am living in South Carolina. I had no idea how to start, but I saw a commercial for Homelight, and decided to reach out to them to see if they could help me get the ball rolling.

First, I couldn't believe how quickly I heard back from Homelight by email and phone, I swear it was within minutes of being on the website. I was a little overwhelmed actually. Then I heard from two relators just a bit later. I ended up working with Mary Pat Castleman from Huff Realty. She was amazing. She was honest with me about the current state of Cincinnati's market, and that of my old neighborhood where my house was. She gave me information about sales in the area so I could have a realistic idea of how much to ask for my house. We discussed everything and I had complete confidence in her advice. She also made an out of state sale so incredibly easy. Even in the midst of some personal difficulties, she never stopped working for my sale. I am so grateful for her expertise, advice and guidance. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Cincinnati area.

On a fun note, I knew exactly where her office was, not far from where I lived and I remembered her name from sales signs when I was there. She knows the area and the business!

As I begin a rental search near Athens Georgia, I plan to use Homelight again.

A list of numerous Realtors based on sale of homes for the previous year. I picked a realtor they recommended and was very pleased with the service I received from their recommendation an agent (Elisa) through Re-Max realty. From the beginning to end the service was exceptional. She was very professional, and handled all aspects of the sale with the utmost integrity. She kept us informed and up to date on all issues associated with the sale of the property. The property sold in less than 24 hours after listing.

Before I used Homelight.com I interviewed 8 agents all from different co. Hire one listed 4 months nothing. I was in escrow purchasing a home. I was in panic mode 2pty, 2 Taxes 2 Ins, 2 Hoa gas elect, Etc. I did a search top 10 agents in Palm Springs ca. I clicked on Homelight.com filled out the info and also requested the top 10 selling agents in Palm Springs Ca. Immediately I received the top 10 list showing agents name and sales each one had a lot of sales I contacted all 10 interviewed each one took notes asked questions how much to list the property for and the strategies to sell my condo. We picked www.ByronLohman.com of Berkshire Hathaway Byron was No#1 of the list. Byron Listed my Property on the next day my condo was on Facebook, Twitter, ABC, NBC, CNN, MSN, ESPN Sports, Fox Sports Google, Yahoo, MLS, Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia the list goes on. Everytime my condo was popping up on these ad sites I would receive a e-mail message showing ad of my condo all day and night 24 hrs it runs I had to have my phone charging all day. 2 day multiply offers and bidding war. REMEMBER this same condo was listed for 4 months. WITHOUT Homelight.com I would not have found Byron Lohman my condo would still be on the market and I would be in a lot of trouble. 2 mortgage ptys, 2 Ins pty, 2 Hoa's, 2 gas-electric-water etc.
