Just used Black Stallion for the first time and I could not have been more please. Anthony was polite, professional and very conscientious about doing a good job. They gave me a fair price, did a great job and cleaned up everything when done. I would definitely use them again. I am a private homeowner in Port St John.

Gentlemen was nice, but unorganized and lacking in knowledge. Paid for 3 different jobs, none completed. Was automatically made a member at a cost of? $80. After several calls, refunded Half what I paid. Canceled my membership, but not refunded my money for it. Asked to speak with a supervisor. Told one would call me, but no one ever did. These people promise professionals, but don't deliver, and still want your money.
They followed up promptly with bid, quickly scheduled job, worked around scheduled delivery and did a thorough job.
My experience was ok I just dnt like how angie gave my number out to so many people I was getting calls after the fact.

Completed form on Angi and received three calls from companies within a half hour. Described project, one company didn't do downspouts with angles. Two came and gave estimates. I ultimately contracted with The Brothers who Only Do Gutters, who were phenomenal. I wouldn't have found them without Angi

I had sparks shooting out of a light bulb connection in a small mountain cabin and needed immediate service. Although there was a disappointment that the company after scheduling me for two days time to four days time and I had no electricity for fear of staring a fire, when the electrician did finally make the rescheduled appointment he was on time and extremely well qualified to fix my problem explaining what needed to be done and was in no hurry to get here and to get out and took time to answer my question about further electrical expansion and how I could make my current electrical situation more efficient with the proper light bulbs and amps in the box. Mitch was a very professional young man and made me feel like a real person and not just another customer and was a delight to visit with. I do not live here full time so was at the mercy of your agency to find me a qualified electrician. Thanks.

I had tried other contractor sites but couldn't get either a fair price or someone to show up. Mow-reno's Landscape contacted me immediately and was able to come the next week to do our job for a fair price.
I just paid $284+ to have a 4 bedroom 3 bath house cleaned in Edmond, ok as a gift. It was the most pitiful job and she stayed less than 3 hours. No dusting no showers or mirrors cleaned. One large rug in den not vacuumed still had pet hair on it. Kitchen counters were left with residue on them. The comment was I believe I did everything! Well I will never ever use this service again!
Many of the referrals I got were solid, and several people gave me estimates. Unfortunately, I was inundated with spam-type calls for "gutter guard" products, even though I did not request that.
Overall a decent experience and I would like to see fewer "commercial" influences for replies.
This "business" is a scam. I called to get a window repaired, was quoted $517 and promised all materials were included and that the price was locked in. The salesperson said I would not be charged until the work was complete. When the contractor arrived they told me I had to pay for a new pane, and that they couldn't do the repair because they didn't have a ladder, even though HomeAdvisor(powered by Angi) charged me an additional $50 for a ladder to be brought. I cancelled the order and went with a different company. Then a week later my credit card was charged, even though no service was completed. I called "customer service", they acknowledged my cancellation, and confirmed the work was NOT done, and promised I'd get a refund in 5-7 days. 7 days later no refund has been issued. I called again and the "customer service" rep claimed there was no cancellation, nor refund issued (so their previous rep LIED to me). I now have to wait another 3-5 days for the refund. They said a confirmation e-mail would be sent, but nothing is in my inbox.
Do not use this "service", they WILL rip you off.

Very pleasant experience. Drying time was involved and the workers remained on the property (not in mold area) the entire time. I was very pleased.
They were helpful with getting the project. However, it would help if the suggested contractors were local. Most were hundreds if not thousands of miles away. One reached out to me, he was qualified, I met with him and indeed hired him. It's pointless to recommend someone that won't travel for relatively small job
