Once they get your money your out of luck. The cheapest qualify straight from China. How this company is allowed to do business in the US is beyond me. There is no corporate number. Everything is done by email and they give you the run around. $1500 shower system was complete garbage. Didn't work. Chipped paint. Rusted hose, turns on randomly. Freaking unbelievable! The pullout couch took over 3 months to get. It was to be the size of a king mattress and is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. It's as hard as a rock. Not sure how guests are supposed to sleep on it. It looks like a child size couch. Not worth the money that I paid.

This is the second time I have had an order brought to me and left under the house and not brought into the apartment. I will not use your services again. No one warned me about this. Product was horrible quality, initiated a return (Jackey), sent them the requested pictures, corresponded with emails, spoke with Jon, they were reviewing, he would send the RMA, I would need to pay for shipping. Didn't receive label, called back, now I can't return it's on clearance, odd it was fine the other day., He needed more time, probably eating up the 30 days, called today, spoke with Jenny, who you can't understand, she said it's my problem was rude as can be, I asked for another rep, she laughed said call back, I did got her, she said I'm the problem, put me on hold and hung up. I have numerous emails and two case numbers now. Do not use this company.
