Reluctant to provide refunds for faulty products
AVOID AT ALL COST'S- RELUCTANT TO PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR FAULTY ITEMS.
We ordered a toilet that was a substantial amount of money that arrived faulty and was not fit for purpose. After noticing the defects with the product we was conscience of the 30 day return period so notified them immediately.
Online and via the phone states they aim to contact you within 24 hours, after multiple emails over several days we have had no correspondence from the customer service team except an email to decline the request for a refund as they state the product was 'used', along with advice on how to fix mechanical malfunctions with the product which were of no use. The product was in no means 'used', it was initially opened by our plumbing engineers, as any consumer would do, which resulted in us noticing the faults with the product. We have every faith in our Plumbing and Heating engineers to make a decision if a product is not fit for purpose and not as described.
When asking for a detailed response for their reason to decline a refund for a faulty product that is no fault of our own they seem to struggle to provide one.
It has now been 4 days with no communication from the customer services team and as explained to them we was conscience of the 30 day return period.
Seen similar reviews regarding their reluctance to provide customers with refunds. Happy to take your money but struggle to rectify it when a refund request is raised.

Worst purchase I have ever made. I bought a sleeper sofa from them, and nothing about the product resembles the images. The pricing does not correspond to the size or quality. Prior to purchasing, I carefully considered the sizes; however, they seemed to be relatively small. In fact, it can be a wonderful addition to a toddler's room, but not to a living room. Also, the appearance of quality was really bad. The handrail wasn't even a proper fit, it was very unstable, and several of the fabrics were rather loose. Moreover, they clearly don't adhere to their advertisement, which states you have 30 days to return an item. They say that I "installed" the sofa; hence, they are rejecting the return. The sofa was tiny enough to be packed in a box and didn't require any sort of assembly. To see the couch, I simply removed it from the box and placed it on the floor, but I immediately put it back since I was dissatisfied. Even though I requested a return the same day I received the package, they have subsequently given me conflicting responses. First, they send me a rejection email but offer to send replacement parts; then they promise to send me a return label; and then they send me another rejection email. It appears that they are only counting on buyers to keep the item untouched for 30 days. Two weeks have passed. I've definitely come to the conclusion that I should never trust Homary again.

Complete scam - They're giving discounts for fake reviews even before the item is received. Defective item (missing parts, damaged parts, non-functional parts). Opened a case for resolution. Won't accept return if furniture is assembled. How are you supposed to know in advance about a non-functional part. In our case it was the drawers of the coffee table. Upon asking for refund for return they told us that since this item is assembled it cannot be returned. Don't fall for this scam.

They both arrived with a 13.5 inch seat height even though the website clearly says 16 3/4 inches. They are honestly the seat height of chairs made for children. So uncomfortable, and they look really weird. After 15 days going back and forth with customer service trying to return them for a full refund (THEY SHOULD BE RETUNABLE! Their WEBSITE SAYS THEY HAVE A 1 YEAR WARRANTY AND THAT THIS ITEM IS RETURNABLE!) All they've offered me is $200 refund since they say "the measurement isn't too far off and the item is still very usable" - perhaps... but for children! Delayed shipping, poor item quality, incorrect descriptions, and TERRIBLE customer service. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Pictures of chair with seat LOWER than a coffee table height! Also of incorrect measurements.
