Their bathroom furniture collection is a true gem. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of space-saving solutions. I chose a wall-mounted cabinet that transformed my cluttered bathroom into an organized oasis. The quality of the piece is outstanding, and I'm thrilled with the upgrade.
Bought two nightstands (same model), a few days apart from each other. Both times used Topcashback where Homary.com advertised a great cashback percentage. However, no cash back received after either purchase. Requested Topcashback to look into it, and they got in touch with Homary and eventually told me Homary approved the first cashback request but denied the second one because I used "another marketing channel". I used Topcashback and checked out the same way for both purchases, so I really don't understand how that was possible. Homary customer service will not provide an explanation. So, be aware that they will falsely advertise a high cashback percentage on sites like Topcashback, but they do not log/report these purchases, and you won't get your deserved cashback.
Update: Homary reached out to me and offered to partially refund me the owed cashback. I thought that was a nice gesture and upped my overall rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Not totally happy with the persistent emails and calls from Homary to revise my review here (Homary ironically mentioned in their email that doing so was "optional").
I ordered a cabinet that was solid wood. From a distance it looked good but once you really looked, It seems more like a school wood shop project. The stain is unfinished on the inside you can see lines where they missed on almost every shelf. A patch of unwanted wood on the inside. Also one of the boards was really rough on the inside like it had never been sanded. No attention to detail, not worth the price. We are still in the return process so we will update once that is done

Poor quality fabric used on this product. It looks pretty unyil you actually sit on it. Fabric will WRINKLE after first use and Homary will do nothing except offering10% discount coupon for next time use.
On top of it,they package the product in a way that you cannot UNBOX it without cutting through the package and there is no way you can preserve the shipping boxes. And they want you to ship it back (no joke it is a couch and it came in pallet)so shipping back for refund will be more money on your expense. Never buying anything from

We bought a $1,500 sofa that looked gorgeous on the pictures. The problem started even on the delivery... it is on the 1st floor with a staircase access and they delivered on the ground floor blocking all the neighbors entrance and didn't care at all. The delivery guy just said: this is a standard delivery and there is nothing I can do about it.
I have to call people to help me put upstairs, then we open the boxes, and noticed right the way the terrible quality of the product. To start with the color - They show a rich dark gray/blue, the one they delivered was a very pale-gray. The "leather" that they advertise was the cheapest vinyl you can possibly get, and the cushions were hard as a rock... we didn't even bother to assembled and contacted them the AFTER we received.
The whole think is a joke! 7/17/23 was my first email to them, after I mentioned number of times that the product they delivered was not what they advertised, they keep asking me to keep the sofa and giving me a 20% discount. They call me on 8/3/23 to again offer me to stay with the couch and give me a 50% discount. I told them AGAIN that I don't want that product, it was not what we bought, the quality is TERRIBLE and I don't want that in my house... today, 8/12/13 they sent me an email "opening a case - almost a month after I contacted them!) offering me to keep the couch again with a 20% discount or giving me an unrealistic refund policy (that I need to pack exactly the way it came and with a wooden pallet under). For me, that is it! I am open a dispute with my credit card and using all the emails they sent me as a proof of their BAD business. BE AWARE!
