I bought a product from homary. The product literally came in 8-10 hours of assembly and did not look like the description. Then started my return ordeal. I packed the product and then went to return website. The website made me take photos of all the internals, packed boxes. Then I had to pay the full shipping to get to their warehouse. It costed me 25% of the product cost. A couple of days later I got an email asking for tracking info which I misplaced. They used that to keep my product and refuse me the refund. We need laws to prevent such companies from doing business

Homary was prompt in reviewing my ticket and offering me a replacement top and stabilizing foot base. The desk itself is lovely and I will be sure to cover the top with fibre glass to ensure it does not chip in the future. I understand shipping furniture does come with it's risks despite great packaging. I have to give them 5 stars for their service! However, I have noticed they do not publish negative reviews. Their products have consistent 4's & 5's which is definitely unrealisticI had posted a review that did not get published.

Issues with Product

Ive previously purchased products from Homary and loved them. They were prompt in shipping and their quality was excellent. Recently I bought this desk:https://bit.ly/3ZiRDmA. It requires a drill to put it together as it does not have pre-drilled holes or marks to make assembly simpler.(Image 3 no drill) The top is a glossy white and is chipped (Image 1). Clearly it will be marked and scratched within days. In addition, a foot stabilizing base is missing (image 2). Homary support as been proactive but it is clear they do not want me to return the item or process a refund. I am working with them on a resolution. The product itself had 5 stars and a 130 reviews on their website. Im waiting to see if my 1 star review will be published. It is a beautiful desk but if I cannot use the top without scratching it easily perhaps they should sell it with a glass top?

I decided to step out on a limb and give Homary a try after seeing the company pop up in all of my searches. I purchased a couple of items from them (a faucet, and pop-up drain). When the faucet arrived, I opened it and immediately noticed that the quality was subpar. I could SEE the painted brush strokes on the faucet and it was just an absolute eye sore. I've been trying to get a refund for this product for a few days now. First, they asked if I would keep the pop-up drain and just take a 10% discount on future orders. Uhm, no. There will not be any future orders. After I rejected that offer, they stated that I would have to pay for return shipping. I think that's bogus since the only reason that I no longer need the pop-up drain is because the faucet is of poor quality.

They also informed me that their manufacturers didn't feel that anything was wrong with the faucet that I purchased. It was made to look the way that it does. If that's the case, you're selling a bad product. I'm still in communication with them about returning both products. Fortunately for me, the products I purchased weren't too expensive. I just want this whole ordeal to be over. And Google if you're reading this, please don't EVER EVER EVER show me another Homary ad. They are a scam company and I'm almost positive the reviews on their site are either fake or filtered to only show positive reviews.

Order a Mirror that was supposed to be 27.3 Inch but it was only 23.6 inch. The stock photo is nothing like what on computer, and its cheap.tried to return it but, they want to put you through hell, take photos of the product or the box if you didn't open it. They kept popping up on my computer as a Sale that will last only 1day but, that was a lies, it was still their 48hrs later. $159.00 is not going to break me but, it will teach me not to shop with Homary again, back to WAYFAIR, no hassle returns!

This is a huge scam website! They took over 1 month to get me my table. I asked for a return + refund because I had to buy a different table while waiting for the Homary order to arrive. They offered me a 15% refund only!

Worst company ever, We are a design and build company and we are ordering many items from all kind of suppliers. They sent a product that was not working and tried to return it. Story starting now, after we found no customer service you are talking with a computer, and if you want to call them then " no available agent now" :)) )
Email is more fun: Send us a picture, yes we did, send a box picture yes we did, and then send a video, so need to re-install and re-run not properly working toilet, and who will pay for this?
If you do not have customer service then you are not the right company, think about After 30 days your product is not working, and no one other side to help and you are trashing your money into the trash can.
Stay away friendly

The products are cheap, made in China junk that does not assemble and their customer service purposely gives you a week-long run-around despite guaranteeing satisfaction. I filed claims w the BBB and paypal to get refunds.

I purchased an 81.1" Blue Arm Full Sleeper Sofa Bed with Storage&Side Pockets from Homary.com because my wife thought having a sleeper that could pull out into a full bed would be nice. From their website, it looked like a good deal. It had 5 stars, it had a pullout mechanism, they advertised that is was fully assembled under their assembly section, and they advertised: "We will pay for the return or exchange cost if quality issues are involved. If you're returning or exchanging the item because you changed your mind, customers are responsible for return shipping cost". The original shipping cost was $149 so I figured if worse comes to worse I'll be out $300 total. I figured for a specialty couch $1600 was a reasonable price. I even paid for their 'white-glove' service to make sure I didn't damage the couch on delivery.

Unfortunately, it was not fully assembled like I was made to believe by their website's advertisement. It came in four pieces: the bottom, the back, and two sides. It did not use bolts and instead used a v-shaped slip on design (see picture). When I sat down, the side I was using to prop myself up on fell off and I ended up on the floor.

Their 30-day return policy should be illegal as false advertisement. When their representatives brought the couch, my wife saw what was going on and informed them we didn't want the couch. Their representative informed us the warehouse couldn't accept the couch back; we would have to call Homary to cancel. Then I tried to sit down and the side fell off. We called them and they informed us they couldn't process our return, a manager had to do this. Their manager emailed me back trying to claim ignorance and blaming me for assembling the couch incorrectly. If their representatives, who are in the business, can't properly assemble the couch; then how I am supposed to properly assemble the couch?
After getting push-back from what I expected to be a seamless return; I found their return policy and that is when I discovered it impossible to return a bad couch with them. They state they only accept returns that are, "4.With original tags and original packaging" which is impossible as their representatives destroyed the original packaging on delivery and "2.You would need to package the same way when the item arrives to ensure the product meets the requirements for the carrier." Which is also impossible to perform given I am not a manufacturing plant and do not remember how it was originally packaged as I didn't unpack the couch; their representatives did.

This couch shouldn't be allowed to be sold as it is dangerous and might cause injury; furthermore, their 30-day return policy should be removed from their main page as it falsely causes people to assume if they don't like a product it can be returned--let alone if there are quality issues.

Ridiculous Excuse for Wrong Product

I recently purchased a Black kitchen sink from Homary. It arrived, undamaged within a month but upon receipt, we opened it to find a Gunmetal gray sink instead. I contacted Homary and received a note from the manufacturer stating that if I would look at the sink in a darker light, I would find it to be black.
