After finding the perfect product for us (Clock), I decided to buy and does say on their website that Extra 20% off Coupon (code: Sum20) when ordering on their App. When downloaded their App, surprise, the code does not work. I called customer services today and spoke with someone who claimed that he was a senior person and could offer me 10% off but I need to buy a product then send them email with screenshots of the bank statement and product purchased and then they will give me 10% off. What on earth and living age we are in. I never ordered from them in the past. They lost a sale plus any friends and family recommendations.

I've ordered a table with stool "set" "well so I've thought" table set original price $500.00 sale price $148.00. I took the sale price and was entirely happy with my purchase until it came to this house 1 entire month to deliver, I saw the box delivered I thought it was wayyy to small for a table set but I thought "maybe not" when I finally open the package I almost fainted in disappointment, only one ugly stool. When I went on Amazon there are bar table sets similar that even looks more unique for that same $148.00 price range and even under that price range. Guys beware of homary learn from me because it's hard to return and refund to them

So far everything is going really bad because I placed a order for a King bed $1,700 in 4 /1/2023 and still no receiving it. Please before you placed your order make sure you check how long it will take it. I am praying for this order arrive at the time I was pledge as well as the quality. I will keep you post.
Note: at one point I called customer service to get my my money back and they talk me it will take 30 days for a refund. For this reason I rather to wait 2 more weeks for my bed set hopefully is a good material. Defenely I will keep you post.

One of the two table came with white stains that we cannot remove. It is not as it is meant to be. Poor service and quality. No one answering to calls, chat not working. No one answering emails. Had to wait 6 months to get our 2 stained nightstand from China, sent by boat! I do not recommend.

The website does not accommodate different shipping address vs billing address. My billing address is 3 Emerson Lane, Middleton, MA and shipping address is 168 Puritan Rd, Swampscott, MA. I got the email thank you for order, the package will be delivered to 168 Puritan rd, in Middleton, MA... this combination of address does not exists. I immediately called the customer service and after spending 2 hours with her finally got and email that whatever she changed it will be sent to correct address. Today I receive confirmation address...thank you for yr order and please track yr order that is being shipped to...wrong address...I spoke with cs and then the manager.they can not do anything...I told them to cancel the order...what a waste of my time /aggrevation etc. my order is USA*******948...waste of time. I do have all emails from Queenie that she had changed the address yesterday and today fedex has wrong address...this is below expectation.
