I was very pleased with everything I have purchased, the only problem has been broken items. Some were replaced, some were out of stock, so you get credit. I still personally have some items that were never received.

Everything that I've ordered from Hollar has been great quality! There was one item that I ordered that was much smaller than the description said it would be. I called and was able to speak with a real person very quickly, and she credited my account for the cost of the item and fixed the item description so it wouldn't happen to someone else. Great quality and great customer service!
