Ordered a coat on March 25. It's May 26 still nothing. Takes a week or more to get response from them. Won't let me cancel. Haven't heard from them in over two weeks. Do not ever use this company. They are crooks.
Placed an order almost 2 months ago, website back then and still now is promising 30 day delivery. As soon as the order was placed, then notifications came through about manufacturing delays. Not blaming Hockerty for the cause of the delay, but it's highly unethical and possibly illegal to be promoting 30 day delivery in order to get sales when they know that isn't possible. Almost 2 months later and I can't even get an ETA for when I might get my order, but their website still promises 30 day delivery.
Order placed 9 Apr with womens hockerty brand Sumissura and confirmed same day with 2 week estimated delivery time. 2.5 weeks later advised they had supply chain and logistics issues and my order was delayed with no revised delivery date. I requested cancellation and a refund as production had not yet started. This was denied despite no foreseeable delivery window over a month after my order was placed. Furthermore the reason for the delay would have been impacting them, thus known, when I placed the order - but instead of disclosing at the time they waited till my right to cancel in 24hrs had passed and intentionally vague about the status of my order. Customer service is condescending and lacks customer centricity. There is no customer complaints escalation process. The jurisdiction means that there are limited opportunities to access any consumer protections.
I was told my suit was tailoring and would be moving to quality check soon. I checked back the day after my delivery day came and went and my suit was still "tailoring". At first I chocked it up to volume issue, but then another week passed and still nothing. It was about two weeks late and the order tracker still showed that my order was indeed in tailoring, so I asked about it. That's when I found out they hadn't even started on my suit yet. I understand having volume issues or things happening outside of your control, but don't lie to your customers about their order status. That completely dissolved any trust I had in Hockerty. They should have communicated with me as soon as they knew it wouldn't make the promised delivery time. That is basic customer service. It has now been TWO AND A HALF MONTHS and I still have no suit AND they're refusing to cancel my order and give me a refund. Ridiculous company, don't take the risk, they have no idea what they're doing.
I bought a pair of brown leather monk strap shoes from hockerty. They turned out to be the worst shoes I ever bought in my life. They were so poorly made with fake leather. It was a disaster. Please if you go ahead and purchase a shoe from hockerty after reading this then you have only yourself to blame. My goodness what a scam these guys are

The suit was 2 sizes too big! It costs as much to remake it as to sew a new suit. They refused to return the money, they did not recognize their jamb. When ordering, I filled out exactly the fields that the service offered me. Disgusting quality and service.
I ordered a BLACK tuxedo suit. It arrived with BLUE lapels. I have to take it to a custom tailor to fix their mistake
This experience is a nightmare. Our suit is nothing like our measurements required. It must be someone else's suit. You cannot talk to anyone. A bot is all you can text online. They will email you, but they are not helpful. Noone seems to be in the U.S., and they lose your measurements so you cannot access anything to support what you ordered. Terrible experience! If anything changes, I will update this review. So far, an awful experience.
I ordered a suit on March 9,22. I am to attend a wedding on April 2. Well it is now March 30 and the shipment is still in China. Thanks for nothing Hockerty. Change your website to show 1 month ETA. Liars.
Terrible fabric and poor quality control. I received a jacket with comically long sleeves. Their solution find a tailor have them fix it. Have the tailor fill out a form and get a partial refund. Save your time and money. Find a tailor that stands by their work.
Do not purchase anything from this site, you would do better opening your window and letting your money fly out. Quality is horrible, customer service is horrible, product looks nothing like what they show on the site. No return policy, so basically they give you whatever they want and keep your money.

I receive a normal and a slim fit, I receive a "pocket" grey and not gold.

Endless excuses, terrible customer service that's only on email. Terrible response when you do get one. I ordered a suit for my wedding in plenty of time and they still have not delivered it. Totally refuse to give me a refund. I have had to raise a dispute with my card company. Avoid them and save your money.
They overcharge for everything on their site, and they have 0 refund policy. They don't care what you actually ordered and will send basically anything they want to send you regardless of what you paid for. The measurements are completely messed up. I entered my measurement of having a 10 inch long fott and they sent me a shoe that is 8 inches long. How could a company be so horrible?
Save yourself and NEVER give these people money EVER.
Although the online experience was easy, fun and very user friendly, the product is an absolute joke. Wasn't expecting the best material for this price but I might as well go to the garment district in LA. The jacket has a very odd amount of cushioning in the shoulders to start. The seams aren't even close to symmetric Stitching all around look like the person sewing was 3 bottles deep. And then to the pants... These pants couldn't be more off the measurements I gave. The crotch is about a foot lower than anything I've ever seen. They're too long. An extra person could fit in there width wise.
Overall, just don't buy anything from them. Not a snowballs chance in hell I'd give them anything above a 1 star, and only a 1 star because that is the lowest you can go.
After weeks of a fruitless email exchange with someone who grew more aggressive, patronizing and dismissal, I am still waiting for my bespoke suit... They decline responsibility for the courier service, but I understand that their service should be global and complete, and therefore a refund or another solution should have been provided... So far, nothing at all. I would recommend not to buy here.
I bought shoes from Hockerty that the online image appears made with higher quality material. When I went to return the item, Hockerty's service claims to provide custom tailored clothes per customer, in actuality they're simply asking for a shoes size. When you go to return an item they tell you its custom fitted for you and no one else. This is insulting the customer and a poor reflection of customer service. I'll gift the shoes I bought from you and take my business elsewhere. Never again!
I feel like a fool for spending $180 on 2 shirts I will never wear. The fabric looks like tissue paper. They did get the measurements correct though. So there is that.
Answer: Don't order from this company if you are looking for a quality product. If, on the other hand, you are looking for poor quality fabric, shoddy tailoring, poor customer service and a high price, by all means, order from this company.
Answer: Our delivery time is currently 2 weeks from the moment of online payment to home delivery. We need at least 15 days to tailor and deliver an order matching our standards. It is thus unfortunately impossible to reduce the delivery delay, even against compensation, we already are the fastest in market.
Answer: Because hockerty are thieves selling crap and if i am lying let them take me to court along with the thousands of other people that are being ripped off they use to be called Tailor4Less decided to change their name when complaints became to much spread the word they are crap
