I tried to return an item from my home that I bought online they stated would be free to ship back using any carrier. Turns out it's $35 to ship back. So they will not give me the refund on the product until I pay the $35. No store credit, no refund. Awful. If I would have know this I would have gone to the store to process the refund in full.
We went to exchange a candle that was BATTERY powered, and the lady (Sandria) was very rude and was saying that the candle was melted when it is literally battery operated, and we had the receipt and everything, idk yall rlly need to teach her some manners and how to be nice.
The radical wierdos reviews here about racism and exploitation, busy lines etc have never been observed by me. It must be an anti religious agenda from trolls from lgbtq wackos groups. Im not religious at all and dont care what the religions are where I buy stuff and I like the store. Its clean, fast lines and no issues.
I purchased some items online and they were delivered to the wrong address. I know this because whoever delivered it took a photo and the photo was of a porch that I do not recognize. I have been going back and forth between the Hobby Lobby Customer service and the shipper for over a week, and both companies are telling me the order has been delivered. I explained multiple times that it was delivered to the wrong address and that I would like a resolution, and they will not budge. This is so frustrating as I paid for the order and someone else has it, and they will not give me a refund. The one item I ordered is no longer is stock, so I cannot even repurchase it if I wanted to. Hobby Lobby has just lost a customer. They can't even support their customers by making the situation right! I have heard that others have had trouble getting refunds from them also. What a sneaky and disloyal company. I wasted my hard earned money on a purchase I will never see and that someone else now has.
I went to the Hobby Lobby in Weaverville. It was a Saturday and I purchased four wall decors. Next day there was an ad that all wall decor was 50% off. Not only did they gave me a price adjustment, but one of the wall decor broke and they gave me a new one also.
The people that work there are all very nice and helpful. I love the store, it has beautiful stuff and I have never seen fake flowers as beautiful and real looking as in this store.
My favorite store from now, they have a huge variety of most everything for the home.

Several times I have been in Hobby Lobby, totally confused about where to find what I'm looking for. When I was finally able to track down a salesperson, I asked him where to find it and he showed me. When I told him that signs above the aisles telling us which items could be found on which aisles would make it much easier for customers. He told me that the absence of signs was intentional to encourage more customer service and interaction. The problem with that rationale is that it's so hard to find customer assistance. More than once I have had to walk all over the store just to track down a salesperson. If they would put descriptive signs over all of the aisles, it would greatly improve customer satisfaction and would draw more customers in.
Wanted some face paint and a few stencils spent at least an hour hunting the items down and trying to find someone who worked there to help me as the store is huge. I was told it's not my department and was asked where I saw the products finally found a woman who worked there to help me then I get to the register and she called for some one to open it I walked up as I was the next person in line was told I'm not open here yet I just called the cashier so I went back in the line where I was as she disregarded me and took the next person. Why the one star it is a huge store had one cashier open no one to help you find things just some half directions given and no barcodes and some of the prices are too high. Finally got the two items I went for after all that. Then went to a local dollar store where staff actually helped to find things needed to come to find out should of went there first. The store may be nice and had a lot of stuff but some of the staff is not knowledgeable of where things are and you need a map to find things sad do I'll stick to a local Michales where the staff is knowledgeable and help you find things at a better rate and prices
I just read that Hobby Lobby said that only christians should run the country! That is just wrong. I am not a christian and I will always shop at a place where my religious beliefs are not called to question. WRONG MOVE! I will never shop there again!
I wonder if they realize that what they are saying is anti AMERICAN? Our constitution clearly insists on the separation of church and state.
It has been demonstrated on thousands of occasions that this rabble is dedicated to plundering world heritage for their own enrichment, using all kinds of illegalities and subterfuges to do so. These individuals should be in jail, and their company eliminated or nationalized. Until then, we will continue to see how the entire planet is robbed before the eyes of the entire world.
Beware ordering online & having any issues. Their customer service is terrible They are not customer oriented at all.
I could not say how their custom framing staff is trained, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it is not specifically with any type of needle work, to include cross stitching. My finished product had been clumsily placed in a slanted position, and when I brought it up with the staff member I picked it up from, I was brushed off with the typical, "I'm not the one who worked on your project." When I attempted to resolve it with a manager, he stated that he didn't know enough about cross stitching to be of any assistance. So, I was left to call their corporate office and was directed to speak with a resolution specialist named Melissa Spratt. She responded that there was a message left on my work order that read, "Artwork had been handled by the customer." Which only left me scratching my head wondering... how many pieces of needle work had they ever framed that was not handled by the person who stitched it? (Sorry that I cannot add photos; I returned the piece for dismantling and my money back).
Ordered a few items online 10 days later still no valid tracking number. They did provide a tracking number 3 business days after ordering but 10 days later Lasership... still has not received the order to make it a valid tracking number.
Your racism/discrimination/oppression is showing. It's absolutely disgusting. Ya'll, there are many other craft stores. Eff these guys. I'd give negative stars if I could.
Hobby lobby will take up to 3 days to process an online order. Then it will take up to 10 days to receive it. Ialso made an online order with Michael's.com and they shipped my order the next day.
Hobby Lobby also no longer offer coupons. Their prices are high compared to Michael's.
I called customer service for help on 3 things. The agent who answered the phone sounded like my call just woke her up. Then I received no help on any of my 3 questions or requests. Why does Hobby Lobby bother to exist?
This will be the last time I shop with them.
I give 2 stars because forever in a day, this place will NEVER mark their aisles. It's common sense really. And so SIMPLE a task. I hate wandering aimlessly, looking for what I need.
Product is good but if you need to order it online go with someone else. They ship fedex smart post and said three days delivery. THREE WEEKS later the box had sat twenty miles away from five days and finally delivered
When I do find something I need at Hobby Lobby the lines are nearly unbearable. Usually there are only two cashiers at any given time. This is a place where a lot of items need to be wrapped or are large and awkward which takes more time for each transaction. In the meantime there are other employees around who don't seem to have a purpose. I take this time to evaluate how necessary my purchase is and usually leave empty-handed.

I've been purchasing online for over 18 years and never had an experience like Hobby Lobby online website. I decided to to purchase a car model and some paint yesterday. May 18th 2022 enter my correct information and kept getting rejected after about the third 3 time I opted for a review to see what the issue was. I was rejected for entering my correct name address and card information yes I said right the correct information. They told me to contact them when I had the right information. They have a screwed up system it's a waste of your time an extremely stressful dealing with this place it's a fricken joke. I bought a model from my Amazon account with the same card used for over 2 years.

Answer: Unethically legit. HL really needs to evaluate their own marketing plan and step up their hiring practices in addition to stop buying B2B products from outside mass production sources. At least look at the quality before sticking and reselling total garbage. And ask yourselves "why are our employees so miserable"? Unhealthy culture = unhappy customers.
