This Saturday I went to H&M in Monmouth mall New Jersey, exchange my recycled bag for a coupon like I always do, this time the red headed girl took my bag and gave me a 30% off coupon for recycling clothes... Okay so I choose few items since it was 30% off this time, when I got to the register the attendant Jay told me my cupom was expired, I explain that the girl just gave me that one, he called her over and she was about to honer the 30% off when Jay said no I already out the right cupom for 15% off instead, so the girl walked away... I payed the bill and called costumer service from my car and nothing was done, they have the worst people working for them in and out of the store... Will never go back and will tel all my costumers to stay away from HM
I recently went into this store to pick up some items for an upcoming vacation. I took a shopping bag full of clothes into the fitting room. The attendant said I could take in 7 and she would have to hold onto the rest. This was fine, as per usual for clothing stores. But after I tried on my 7 and came out to get more to try, the attendant was gone. I checked behind her counter for my bag. No sign of her outside the fitting room area, either. I wasted a lot of time shopping around for the items to only have them disappear. Not fun. Will not be going back.
I love the ads and the items. But the quality is inconsistent and the few bucks saved is not worth the purchase. For younger folks who only want to wear something for a few months, this would be a site to check out. Professionals be aware, spend a few more dollars and getting a better item at a department store.
I love their clothes selection. Yes, often it does not fit me ( curvy petite) or they are so cheap that I cannot buy, but I always leave the store with one or two things, and know exactly what else to buy to be "in" the fashion of the hour. Great experience, I am hooked...
Price on line cheaper than in store by $5.00. Merchandise in store was on the wrong rack and I was charged full price instead of the price on line as well as the rack it was on. My first visit there and probably my last. I was told by customer service "sorry for the inconvenience"
I hate shopping at H&M. The employees have no knowledge of the products sold at the store.
Also, the cashier argued with me when I tried to return an item even though I had the receipt.

H&M has terrible service, a terrible return process, and is seemingly unreachable at all times of the day. Even if I do like the clothing, I will never shop here again due to such ridiculously poor service. You guys would get a 0 from me if it were an option.

I received several gift cards for Christmas this year and have been holding out to use them so when I found out I was pregnant I was very excited to be able to use the cards to buy myself some new l maternity pants since I can't get them in my size anywhere else but to my dismay, h&m has no way of allowing customers to use their gift cards online or on the phone. I called customer service and asked if I could purchase the jeans online and return them in store and repurchase them with the gift card and come to find out they don't allow online returns in stores and even if they did have the same product in the store, they won't honor the online prices. Absolute Bologna. I asked what I could do to buy maternity clothes with the gift cards I received since maternity is not offered in the stores near by me and all the representative said was "nothing can be done about that." Great. Thank you for all your help. This will be the last time I buy from the over priced retail store h&m.

This is one story that I go into if I need something quick and easy. You can get the same thing in different colors and you will need 5 different sizes. Their sizing chart is so off in so many ways. I bought three Blazers from them each one a different color each one a different size but yet they're all the same style. I always have to go up to three sizes which makes no sense whatsoever. And be careful when you wash their clothes they often shrink a lot and in different ways
The color labels do not resemble the color of the foundation. A return should be available, a resell of the item can be made at a lower price and both parties are satisfied. Either way, if I apply on my hand to check in actuality the tone of the foundation or applied on face, I still have to see for myself after risking my funds to trust your company to provide me the accurate label.
I ordered (2) pair of jeans and accidentally order the wrong size for 1 pair. I called customer service and asked if I could just exchange them at a store for the right size and was told no. I then ran into some personal problems and time went by. I then called after the 30 day period, only because the invoice reads: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, to again be told NO. The damn jeans cost $9.95 and with stores all over the world, H&M refused to EXCHANGE the jeans for a different size. The customer service person pulled up my invoice and could see that I had ordered 2 pair 2 different colors 2 different sizes. STILL NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I am completely done with H&M.
Clothes are great for prices however i hate shopping in the store as the clothes are far too tightly packed on rails, clothes can be seen much much better to the eye if your able to move them along with one hand! Thus not having to remove the whole item to look at it. Im a prickly one i know but drives me mad! Take 50% off the rails for better experience and top up regular, far too many size 8-10 on rails.
I went there with my sister to find a dress for vegas and the man in the changing room was so rude. Not only did he keep making snarky remarks on what my sister was trying on but every time i went to the door to see what my sister was trying on he would be like "excuse me you are not aloud to have 2 people in a change room." I was not in the change room what so ever. Or when he would be texting or gossiping with the other worker not helping us with sizes, i would go search though the store to find the dress. When returning he would reply," your not aloud to bring her other dresses thats my job." i finally got fed up with his attitude and replied," if thats your job then you should be doing it rather then be such an $#*!." In summary do not shop their unless you want people being extremely rude just to buy cheap clothing.
Nice stuff just make sure you check size chart always!
