I once ordered some clothing online, and after waiting 3 weeks for them to arrive I received and email saying that H&M and received my return and would be processing my refund back to me. I never returned the items because I never got them haha. I was upset by this but customer service was as helpful as they could be. He couldn't send my shipment back to me so I wasn't able to get my clothing because most of what I ordered was now sold out, but he did give me a 20% discount for my next order for my troubles. I wouldn't recommend buying a bunch of clothes from them online. Maybe one or two items at most. I do love shopping at the stores in person though!
I used love H&M until I purchased a pair of pants that ruin my leg (literally destroyed it). The zipper was defective and had one edge that was very sharp which I did not notice until one day I was putting them on and the zipper scraped along my leg. It was painful and got infected. I had to miss work and go to the doctor for tetanus shot as well as medication. Still today I have to buy scar creams to try to reduce the appearance of the scar on my leg and I still experience some pain at times. It looks horrible. The worst part of this is that company ignored the claim I made through their costumer service (which they stated that was the best way). After streaming me along and ignoring me at time (I had to write multiple emails), pretending they were going to do something to make the situation right, nothing happened! They did nothing to help me with the bills or to rectify this wrong. They are dishonest and are a scheme. H&M lends me to believe that I would have been compensated for this wrong and nothing came from it. In the end, after going back and forth, asking for a response after being ignored, they eventually stated that they were not responsible because they got the zipper from China. China? Did I go there to purchase these pants? NO I brought them from H&M and they are responsible for the products they sell. They stated they would send a letter from their CEO with the company's information to solve this. They NEVER did! I kept asking and asking. If I knew better, I would have NEVER shopped here. They are a horrible company that does not treat their customers well. Reconsider shopping elsewhere please. I still have pain and I am paying to care for this injury on my own. They do not care about you! No fashion item is worth this. My leg will NEVER be the same again! I no longer shop at H&M and would not recommend that you do either!
Made an order at 9:15am and didn't have the option to cancel it. Called customer service for assistance at 9:30am, after being on hold for 27 minutes, the call ended prematurely. Called a second time and was then ultimately told that my order cannot be canceled so I have to wait on it to get here to have to deal wit the hassle of returning it. Seriously, no one should shop here.
I ordered over $300 in multiple orders my one big order took over 2 1/2 weeks to get to me. And to make things worse my blazer for my wedding was not even in there and they STILL charged me for it! Has been a week and still have not received a refund. My second order was placed 2 weeks ago and still has not even been processed in the warehouse! I have talked to multiple people and nobody can do anything for me! Terrible customer service and even worse experience!
I have ordered et thé beginning of April, today it's the 26th. I have not received my package, and they never answered.
I am so irritated with them at this point. I ordered 3 items on the 11th of April. My parts didn't ship until the 20th. Which was fine. I understand that covid shipment dates are taking longer. When I saw the confirmation shipment I noticed they had my address missing my unit number. I checked my original order and the unit number was there, so I don't know what went wrong on their end. My package finally got to my city but was taken back to the post office because my address was wrong. When I went to pick it up, my parcel had already been returned to sender. I contacted H&M and they said they couldn't return the order back to me, that I could only have a refund at this point. They said I have to wait until my shipment gets back to their warehouse and then wait 4-5 more days for my refund. I'm honestly so irritated with them at this point. This is the very reason why I hate online shopping.
Ordering through the H&M website is not something I will ever do again. The wait time is long. There have been errors in the order quantity, and they will not cancel it. I can't return it because they still have not sent it! Totally stuck in limbo. I went about bought quality shirts elsewhere a week after and got them in a couple of days. I was really disappointed by the online live chat and phone help. Weird policies.

Ordered two pairs of pants. Received the wrong order. They wouldn't send me the correct order until they received the wrong order backwhich they didn't even know what it was they sent! After an hour and a half listening to terrible hold music, I had to pay twice for something I hadn't received once.
I ordered 3 tshirts online. When I received the order I had 2 tshirts and a headband. When called customer service they told me that in order to refund my money I had to go to the mail or the store which the nearest store is1hr away and return the headband even though it was their mistake. Worst customer service experience ever.
I am rating with one star for cloth quality but regarding staff, it's less than 0. Really bad experience from H&M Ahmedabad Satellite store. I am really disappointed from one sales person whose name is Anil regarding bad behaviour, and very unprofessional behaviour by that staff person. My son age is 2 years. And we are waiting for fitting room with long queues and long period for that and that time my son just play with stool. Anil has to take a jerk stool from my little son. And then I complain for the same, he was angry with bad language. So I am really feel bad experience. Just I want to suggest to authorized person, staff should be supportive for customers, But it's not in ahmedabad store.
H & M clothing products delivery is not complete. Though full advance payment was made, incomplete delivery was made and one pyjama delivered was stained. No response to refund of undelivered item. Response is sent Delhivery as per website after login, but is H& M taking note of it. No calls, no email response. Sad stste of affairs. Will discourage all people to use H& M.
Have been purchasing from this shop for several years. Always can find something I like and feel comfortable in. Though must admit, to my regret, that recently the quality of the same items became not as good as it used to be before.
Absolutely love h&m! They have great range of clothes, and good quality. Always receive my order when estimated.

The worst customer service. I am from Sweden but H&M USA is the worst organization ever. Even thou I changed my old adress on my account, and they charged my card on my updated adress, they still went ahead and sent my 650USD worth of order to my old adress(4 years old). When you call them do NOT expect them to be helpful or apologize. To them you are just a jerk who made an order and they sent it out wherever they want to. And then she asked me if I wanted to do a new order - hell no, so you can send it to the wrong adress AGAIN? Spoke to *******@customerservice and then the manager Sharell. Why bother having a customer service WHEN THERE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL!
Placed my order a month and they didn't send it. I keep asking them for my refund and they are giving me excuses. The order was placed on December 5,2019 and it has been a month with no refund and no merchandise. They are dishonest and have the worse customer service. I bought same merchandise from a different retailer and I already got it. I filed complaints and they are making me wait. Don't shop from them, you won't see your merchandise in time or worse, you won't receive it. The clothes are bad quality too. After two washes clothes look faded and shrinks. Business is bad and not good as it was in early 2000.
DO NOT order from this online scammers! It had been almost 2 weeks since they have supposedly shipped my order but guess what, it's still not here and god knows where it is right now. No response from customer service!
Order a gift card which said 1-3 days to ship. I emailed 5 or 6 times, called 7 and finally spoke to an online rep to find out it takes 7-9 days just to process! Then I couldn't get a refund. I will not shop here again.
